Overall
Excellent Community

You can feel it the moment you walk in the door. The sense of community at the Mark Wentworth Home is why we ultimately chose it for my Dad. Even during the tour, my sister and I noticed that the staff were all smiling - everyone greeted us. I stopped by unannounced one day and the same thing - everyone seemed to really enjoy their jobs.

Since my Dad has moved in he's started playing cards again, and he's really gotten into some of the activities, which we never thought he would do. He's all but forgotten that he was feeling down in the dumbs about his health, and I think that's because the care staff spend the time with him that he needs, so that he gets his medications on time.

The Assisted Living at the Mark Wentworth Home was worth the research we did - everyone in the family is glad that's where my Dad is.
