I have been a customer for over 10 years and service has always been excellent, especially in winter snow storms. I have to go to my storage 2-3 times per day for my business and i have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Facilities are always maintained very well

I have been a customer for almost 30 years and there is a reason why – everyone is always accommodating and helpful at Hauch Storage! The employees are professional and friendly and the property is well maintained and safe. And whenever you need an extra hand, someone is there to help.
I have never had one problem in all my years there – in fact, I not only have one storage unit – I have four!! I would highly recommend Hauch Storage to anyone!

This business has no regard for their customers & the on-site manager, Keith was very quick to tell me my business was not appreciated after he made the mistake of locking my unit for non-payment. I have never missed a payment for the four years I've had this unit & when he checked my account it WAS up to date on payment. He never offered an apology for his mistake, instead told me I could move out & he would have my unit rented out the next day! This is not the first problem I've experienced with this business either. There is a consistent pattern of incompetence with this business & I would never recommend them to anyone!
