Capture It All Photo Booths

My event occurred on March 17.. it is May 8 and I am STILL WAITING for my pictures. I was advised weeks after my event that half of my pictures were lost and there was nothing that could be done to get them. I was promised a refund, then on April 18, I was told that the pictures that were not lost would be mailed to me on a disk along with the partial refund by Monday, April 23. On April 26, I asked if they had been mailed. On April 27, I received a response that my picture dvd and refund would be in the mail the following day. It is now May 8.. still nothing. Not even a response. I would not recommend this company at all.

What a fun addition to the party!! My daughter and her friends had a great time! The price was perfect for our budget. The booth was more than expected. The staff were so helpful and made the experience easy!!! Definitely will book for future events.
