Went here today because I realized that I was past 5,000 miles since my last oil change. Shame on me I thought......I am so responsible with my car fluids.Pulled in and I was swarmed with about 8 guys to do my simple oil change. I felt overwhelmed like I was about to be on the bottom of a large dog pile.I was asked to show them my lights to be sure they were working. Three people assisted with the light check. Then I was asked a second time to do a light check by a fifth person who had apparently not been paying attention to any of the hordes of grease monkeys surrounding my automobile.I was interrogated as to when my last transmission fluid, tire rotation, coolant, and other things had been changed, rotated, flushed, or whatnot.I told him that my transmission fluid AND tire rotation were not in need of servicing. They replied that my transmission fluid should be changed every 30,000 miles. Wow so you mean all this time FORD and my dealership have been lying to me when they tell me that I need to change my transmission fluid at 150,000 miles or sooner if I desire? Wow!NO! Shame on you scoundrels for once again lying to me and trying to get an unecessary $140 service performed on my car. If I hadn't been in a bind with how much I work giving me no time to do an oil change at home right now, I would have never rolled into your ponzi scheme dump.Time and time again these companies lie to you to get your hard earned money that you never needed to hand over in the first place.They looked really angry when I pulled out my service manual after they lied to me. Guess some people have a brain in their heads eh?
I came in with two burnt out head lights requiring specialized bulb replacements, after locating just one at a supplier I thought that I would have to return the next day in order to have the second one replaced, but Mike persevered until he found someone that had one in stock and had it sent over so I would not have to make a second trip the next day. I went home a very happy camper! Great service. And all this was accomplished at the very end of the day, with a smile! Thank you, Well be back!

I shopped around town for the best bang for the buck. No they weren't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! I had called a name "knock off" prior to them, but I'm glad I went with the oval and not the dog...name speaks for itself. Their work/service was excellent, and I'm glad to have found them.
The business is in complete denial of any wrong doing. My car was damaged inside their operation. A car halted in front of me while the machine pulled me into it, then my car stopped allowing the car behind me to hit me. I've filled out a customer complaint that has gone nowhere. Left multiple messages that were not returned. This is a shame operation. Unethical management and I recommend you don't go near this business! The staff workers were very nice. I recommend they get another job.Todd Taylor
Approach with caution as this business is NOT customer oriented. I was treated extremely RUDE, by the manager no less! I went down there too wash my truck, there change machine wasn't making change. I had $4.25 in quarters that I put in the machine before I realized this, began washing my truck, next thing I know my time is running out, I run over to the change machine... VOILA! This thing isn't working, I was upset that the employees DID NOT have a key to fix this machine they called there "MANAGER" which at this business must mean sloppy child! He shows up a half an hour after I had splashed soap all over my truck, I asked them to please turn the machine on for my $2.00 initial charge so I could rinse my truck off, the "MANAGER" refused and talked down to me as a child... Needless to say I was very upset and my intentions after were less than agreeable, I thought a MOLOTOV would do the trick... then checked my motives at the door! Never again will I take my business to this location!
A well done service visit. Punctual and complete. They were also very informative and communicated well.
They solved my leaking coolant problem for a reasonable price, gave me an accurate estimate, and did the work very quickly. They were very helpful, friendly and positive and clearing love what they do - which is everything.
The intake person was friendly and helpful, and willing to take my credit card number over the phone as well as deliver my keys to my business in the neighborhood. I also thought they went the extra mile in cleaning out and vacuuming my vehicle as well. They spotted several things that needed tending to and respected my choices about what I was willing to have done at the time.
