Provides good service most of the time, and with its wide selection of other services, I.e. wearing apparel, groceries plus misc it is OK.
This place is always so busy especially during the holiday season. I cannot find certain things so when I finally spotted someone for assistance, that employee just kept walking away from us. There's no one near for questions or assistance. Pretty disappointed.
I have been going to optimist for 40 years and I was very pleased with the professional capabilities, equipment, and check in/out.Prices were also good. I ordered my new lenses and frames because of the attractive selections and prices.
Yikes, this place is a mess. It's crowded and seems to be arranged with no organization in mind. I've been in quite a few Fred Meyer stores but the layout of this one doesn't make sense. Plus the parking lot has about 10 parking spots reserved just for police - tells you about the quality of people that frequent that store and area. I like Fred Meyer but not this one.
Horrible customer service if you use the arcades, you get treated like a lowlife dog. They want you in and then out. One woman came into the hallways while some people were standing around and said we "needed to stop acting like children and get in a booth."
I always enjoy going to a different Costco when out of town. This was an extremely busy day, but the checkers were delightful and very efficient. The store however looked like it needed to be cleaned up as merchandise was strewn about. They do have a nice book section.
Nice store is being ruined by the people who shop here. The Max train is a big part of the problem. The homeless wander in and eat what they want; others beg in the parking lot..dogs are welcome to come on in. I watched one man yesterday eat out of a container of fruit off shelves of packaged cut up fruit..then put it back for us to buy. I talked with customer service and they said they cannot fix the problem..it happens all the time. Happy Shopping peeps!
