We had to line up for about 30 minutes and it started to snow, but was totally worth it. Great atmosphere, excellent value doughnuts, loads of choice and an overall fun experience. Great busker while we were lined up outside.
Great funky donut shop. There is usually a line out the door but the wait is worth it especially if you have kids!
You'll wait in line for these donuts but it's worth it to experience one of Portland's quirkier food joints. Lots of interesting flavors and shapes. It's a main tourist attraction.
The worst joint I've ever been in. The set up of the store is horrible and what appears to be partially pieced together. Donuts are average at best, it's nothing I couldn't get at Albertsons for a fraction of the price. But what really ruins the entire business is the employees... Two young girls that are sisters. Extremely poor customer service skills and an attitude that will put the terrible twos to shame. I've witnessed a full on fist fight/slamming into walls, cops being called because of violence, cussing out of neighboring businesses... the list is endless. They got 3 paid visits out of me and will never receive another one again. BBB will sure know my complaints (and many others) as well as the owner of the shopping center will hear. This business should have never opened solely due to those two girls (which from my understanding they are the owners daughters)
Waited in line for thirty minutes for these famous donuts, but it was worth it to see and taste these donuts! My favorite was the maple bacon!
Amazing donut shop. The line was long but there are signs that say from this spot approximately 20minutes. Donuts with all kinds of toppings.
This place is like sugar heaven! Every donut you could ever dream of with every topping on that donut you could ever dream of. Always lines, but they go fast & the donuts are worth the wait!
Above average donut shop. Faves were the buttermilk old fashioned, the blueberry bourbon basil and the Cointreau crème brulee which came with a shot of booze in a vile that you squeeze into the creamy center. Not only a donut but an experience. They also serve good, strong coffee.
Got ripped off. Asked to do the tex a$$ challenge, and was charged then i was told that he just thought I wanted the doughnut. After waiting an NOT happy!!
After reading about the guy bumped outta line for being too slow they should re-name this place "The Donut Nazi"
