Rich Delaney of West coast Mobile Home Parks is buying parks and then raises the rent 10% every year and thus pricing us out of our homes. I suppose he has decided he only wants rich tenants. Goodbye to the American dream for the low income. I paid off a 15 year mortgage only for this guy to pull the rug out from under us. Now I can't even sell my home because he has set it up to where potential buyers must sign a lease agreeing to yearly rate increases. Basically he is stealing the homes of low income families. He is a shark beware!

I am a disabled veteran who has "existed " here for over ten years now. This place is a garbage dump with no amenities, not even suited for the disabled as it has no disability friendly ramps or amenities to help make this dump livable. The previous California owners just recently sold this place to some corporate bullies from Vancouver Wa. who immediately raised space rent, and are trying to break their contractual agreement of paying for water, sewer and garbage. Starting Jan 1st 2017 they intend to start billing everyone $50.00 on top of the space rent for water. I made the mistake of purchasing my "dump" when I moved in here and because I have gotten an attorney to fight their bullying ways they are trying everything they can to get me out of here. They just made up a reason to give me a 2nd warning by stating thhat my vehicles "looked" inoperable. Every vehicle runs like a top and they didn't have the guts to talk to me in person. Just threatened to make me "vacate." Again, I reiterate, I bought this place when I moved in here. Vacate ??? sounds like gestapo type threats to me. I was even told that if I parked in the disabled parking spots they would have my car towed. I had to get a letter sent to them from a Portland area ADA branch to get them to back off. I could go on and on about my nightmarish experiences trying to live here. I'm elderly (72) , have health issues ranging from cancer to insulin diabetes to hbp, had a couple strokes probably caused by the stress they have put me through. Also, I have never been late with my space rent payment. Oh, did i mention the thousands of dollars i've had to spend due to vandalism, break ins, cars keyed, convertible tops sliced. Gangbangers all over the area due to the area and the Max station just down the street. What i've written here barely scratches the surface of my experiences with this type of property owner. I'll even say a prayer for you if you choose to move in here.
The staff were very friendly,very knowledgable and did an excellent job in helping me purchase a new trailer. I would recommend buying your new trailer from the boys at trailers plus.
They're Scammers Beware! They keep one place available at all times. We applied with income well above their needs and with a newer RV. So a $80 application fee later and it seemed like they had quiet a few on hand at the time of filling out of our application. Their reason for turning down was not enough enough income. Are you serious $5000 per month is not enough income for a $450 lot rent. Scammers scammers scammers. Will also send a report to BBB, I promise you after I'm done with ruining your scamm I will go after the owners with a suit. Have been living adjacent to this community for 10+ years. Has been getting worse and worse for the last 2 years. Last Saturday night there were three gun shots and a big fight. Maybe not such a great place for mom anymore...
This is the most corrupt business establishment I ever seen. The management is sexist and will only deal respectfully with you If u r a young man... prostitution, money scams etc.. and a big drama cesspool
Nice guys, won't jack up the price and add on a bunch of fees.
