Provides good service most of the time, and with its wide selection of other services, I.e. wearing apparel, groceries plus misc it is OK.
Went to pay for supplies, simply asked if product can be taken to car by Alexis employee, I was unable to leave vehicle for child with broken foot in car under age 6, could not leave vehicle. Layla stated against company policy to do so, loyal customer since 2009. They have grown large and forgot the basic roots of customer service or any basic human compassion for that matter. The almighty Greeks and Roman Empires crumbled so... don't lose sight of being too good or too mighty for considering basic business etiquette of providing good customer service to Big or Small merchants which support your daily wholesale business. In this situation it is Not an everyday occurrence so an Exception should have been considered. When you lose sight of it... Wholesale Alexis Wholesale Empire may crumble such as the Almighty Greeks and Roman Empires.
This place is always so busy especially during the holiday season. I cannot find certain things so when I finally spotted someone for assistance, that employee just kept walking away from us. There's no one near for questions or assistance. Pretty disappointed.
I have been going to optimist for 40 years and I was very pleased with the professional capabilities, equipment, and check in/out.Prices were also good. I ordered my new lenses and frames because of the attractive selections and prices.
Yikes, this place is a mess. It's crowded and seems to be arranged with no organization in mind. I've been in quite a few Fred Meyer stores but the layout of this one doesn't make sense. Plus the parking lot has about 10 parking spots reserved just for police - tells you about the quality of people that frequent that store and area. I like Fred Meyer but not this one.
I always enjoy going to a different Costco when out of town. This was an extremely busy day, but the checkers were delightful and very efficient. The store however looked like it needed to be cleaned up as merchandise was strewn about. They do have a nice book section.
Nice store is being ruined by the people who shop here. The Max train is a big part of the problem. The homeless wander in and eat what they want; others beg in the parking lot..dogs are welcome to come on in. I watched one man yesterday eat out of a container of fruit off shelves of packaged cut up fruit..then put it back for us to buy. I talked with customer service and they said they cannot fix the problem..it happens all the time. Happy Shopping peeps!
Great company, awesome sales reps, friendly drivers, highly recommend this company!
Don't know about their products, but their delivery driver was weaving all over the freeway while he was trying to text and drive...Not good business safety practice!!!!!
No good. Went to the airport Travelex to exchange some currency and was told by Ashley that they don't do business with anyone who doesn't have a driver's license. What load of B.S. Millions of people in the world don't have one. I showed her my passport and she obviously doesn't know how a U.S. passport is organised, started looking for an address from the end page! Probably doesn't even have a passport. Read the reviews on the web - Travelex is the worst money scalping company around and they seem to employ the bad personnel. Instead, trade your currencies on Craigslist or take a trip to Seattle.
