        General Info
        Established in 2017. After providing child foster care in our home for very medically fragile and ventilated children for 30 years- they grew up. We had to continue to provide care, skilled nursing, but low pay was a definite issue. After talking other foster parents in the same straights, I decided to start an agency that is kind to its nurses, supporting and encouraging them to continue their education, with competitive pay, 401 K, and benefits. Since working in family homes is what we want to do, providing continuity and security to both Clients and nurses, we partner with both to provide very skilled care while promoting independence to our young adults.
