My New Home ""wink"" looks beautiful

Our home is only 8 years old and all the fascia's were peeling and most of the caulk was cracked. They identified the wrong type of caulk and replaced it with Elastomeric flexible caulking. Sanded all the fascias and repaint our home to look like new. Everything about the crew I liked. It was very exciting and they were fun to have around..

Very poor service.

Our experience with TCP was less than optimal. They seemed professional when we first met them, but when they started doing the work itself, everything changed. They began making demands of us that were unreasonable, and that were not stated in our original conversations. The work itself was poor, and we finally hired another company to fix the job, as it became clear to us that TCP would not give us a good day's work.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Alas, it is very difficult to find a good painter in this town.

Excellent in all aspects... Thank you!

I had another painter come out and paint my house 4 years prior. TCP was painting both my neighbors so I had Benjamin take a look at the issues on my house. He expressed bad news that I needed much more work done than intended. He recommended a stripping company(ed bell)to strip the house. I confirmed the issues with 2 paint reps(miller & Sherwin Williams). I hired TCP. He then applied a slow dry prime coat prior to all the caulking and two coats of Life warranty paint. The whole process was amazing and thorough. TCP gave me a 10 year warranty and a certificate of life warranty for the paint. I don't think I'll be worrying about the exterior for a long long time. I would highly recommend TCP to anyone in search of a good painting company.
The house is on the corner of NE 26th & Tillamook if you would like to take a look. (sage body, cream trim, & burgundy accent)
Thank you TCP!
