Senvoy, LLC
Here is the real deal. I am a route driver for Senvoy. I used to deliver "on-demand" until I discovered that Senvoy was stealing money from our paychecks. Here is how they steal your money. One of their clients is Omnicare, a large pharmaceutical firm. Senvoy charges Omnicare $14.00 for each local "stat" delivery, and $45.00 for deliveries outside of a 25 mile radius. Senvoy pays "on demand" drivers a percentage of the billing. However, when you receive your commissions report, it shows that Senvoy paid commissions only on $11.50 of the delivery for local stats, and $42.50 for the longer distance ones.
I complained, and as a result of my complaints, Senvoy sends an email blast to managers advising them to not inform drivers of what the billing rate is. Pretty shady practice. There are multiple lawsuits right now over Senvoy's pay practices. Instead of trying to fix these practices, Senvoy has instead decided to lay off everyone, and then rehire them as independent contractors though a third party vendor, ZoAnn management. What Senvoy does not tell anyone, is that ZoAnn management is just a name, and they are located in the same building as Senvoy, and is owned by Jerry Brazie - the exact same owner of Senvoy. In fact, no where on the Senvoy building do you see any listing for ZoAn Management. Enter the building, and there are no offices marked as ZoAn Management. This ZoAn Management thing is nothing more than a facade to take away legal protections from hard working workers, so that we will not complain when we don't get paid for the work we do.

Provided by CitysearchSenvoy bought out our old favorite courier Pronto earlier this year. Pronto knew our name, our address and the 1 or 2 regular places we required for delivery....the phone calls were fast and deliveries were painless. Now, with Senvoy I get a different person answering the phone each time. Despite 5 deliveries/pick-ups from the same address downtown in the last 2 weeks, they still ask me for the address. One person said she didn't have it and only after I explained they had picked up from there 2 days ago did she find it. The service people are less than friendly, the delivery guys have trouble finding their way into office buildings downtown and each phone call takes WAY longer than it used to. GO INDEPENDENT and stay away from the corporate-like, impersonal and inefficient SENVOY,
