Rick Hennessy - State Farm Insurance Agent

I'd recommend staying as far away from this agency as possible. I love State Farm as a company but this office is a complete joke. I needed to change my billing information for my auto payments and everything went off without a hitch of so I thought. A month late I receive an email (not a call) stating that my policy was in a state of cancellation due to the office not filing paperwork correctly. Over the next 2 weeks I tried to call the office between 20-30 times and was never once had my calls answered. I emailed them back to state that I'd been trying to reach them. Their only response was a snotty email that said I needed to learn how to properly use voicemail. I'd strongly advise going to any other agency other than Rick and his joke of a team.
