this place is like a candy store for me, I shovel my own sand, garden soil, and compost at an excellent rate. I've dragged home cinder blocks and rocks for my yard too. Everyone is super friendly and prices couldn't be better.

My Portland neighborhood home had a lot of river rock in the ground. We pulled a truckload of rocks out and for a very small fee, we were able to dump all of the rocks at Portland Sand and Gravel.

A very friendly family owned business that makes even the smallest purchase seem important. We needed some gravel and pea gravel for our window wells, and they were very helpful with suggestions, and their prices blow Home Depot out of the water. I am very proud that we were able to give this local company our business, and it made sense to our limited funds.We'll be giving them all of our business.

I had been calling around trying to order a delivery of river rock.I called two other companies both places were way too expensive and just not listening.
