Dave is professional, responsible, trustworthy, and just an excellent provider. He gives you the straight scoop, doesn't try to up-sell you and is just as accommodating and pleasant as can be. I've used Portland Locksmith Service twice and will again every time i need a locksmith.
The reviews are true - Expert Locksmith Shop are great! Called yesterday after a bad experience at the hardware store and he arrived today, installed the lock and cleaned up too! He was able to quickly access my door and what was needed to get the job done. Above all he was prompt, nice and provided excellent Locksmith Service in Portland, OR!
These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Expert Locksmith Shop who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.
After breaking a key in my front door I called Expert Locksmith Shop. The technician showed up promptly, removed the key and adjusted the lock to prevent future issues. The rate was very reasonable and much less than competitors. I highly recommend Expert Locksmith Shop.
We got locked out of our house the night before thanksgiving and were waiting outside in the cold freezing rain. The guys from Expert Locksmith Shop were at our house within 25 minutes and got us in quickly without damaging our lock. Super nice and friendly! I will use them again if i need them.
