Meadowland

I moved in within the past year. When I moved here I was moving from the Reed College so It was a change. I didn't enjoy the gun range at first but I have gotten so used to it that I don't think I even notice anymore. I don't really need maintenance much so I cant tell you if they are any good, but when I moved in my apartment was nice and I really enjoy the hardwood style floors. The management has always been kind to my partner and I. There has been quite a few changes within the past few months and it seems as though the company who manages the complex plans on making this a constant, which I don't mind if it is for the better. I haven't been here as long as some of my neighbors but I wouldn't say anything negative about it other than the fact that it seems as though I am the only one who picks up after my pets. Some of the younger ones drive very fast too! I like that when we are out and we run into any of the maintenance or Manager they always say hello and seem to remember my dogs names as well as mine. I don't like that the pool isn't heated because this is Oregon and sometimes when it feels hot to swim and you go in its much too cold. All in all this is a five star because I have lived in other places where I felt unsafe and unwelcome and this is definitely not like that. We plan on staying

I moved here from California about 2 years ago. I like it here. Maintenance and Management have been good and I have no complaints other than the dog poop that I find by my apartment. They have a pool and have made improvements to the property so I would say they are doing things that need to be done. I cant say I have had anything but nice things to say about managment and the company that runs it. I dont plan on moving anytime soon, especially since my utilities are included as of this year. I have lived here for three years. The only good is the maintenance staff. It has been shaky in the past but over the last few months it seems to have gotten better. Wes is a nice guy that always has a smile on his face. The other two seem nice as well. I have met Ryan who has worked here for maybe 3 or 4 months and he seems very nice. Always joking and always very helpful. I'm not sure of the the other young man's name but he seems just as nice. So there is the good, now for the bad.

Every time I see the Lana she is being loud and not very nice to people. I have seen her yell at children. She doesn't seem to like her job. She is very always off the property or at lunch for hours at a time. The gun range is only a problem for the first few weeks. Some of the people are rude but most of them just keep to them selves. If I do move I would never look back do to the constant notices and invasions forced upon us by management. I am older and don't want people I don't know walking through my place.
