My husband and I have been buying & trading in cars for over 50 years and this visit to Landmark Ford/Lincoln was the best, smoothest and fasted experience we've every had. Everyone was very pleasant and if I were looking for a place to work, I'd want to work at Landmark Ford/Lincoln in Tigard, OR.

I am really enjoying working with Jared on the Green team. He seems to appreciate my concerns, keeps me well informed of service progress and proactively determines additional service needed. Mostly, he makes me feel like a valued customer, even though my primary dealings have been on a fleet vehicle. Previous Green team lead left me feeling like I was a nuisance, and this was on my own vehicle. Thanks Jared!

The Brown Team did a great job getting my car in and serviced quickly. Third time in the dealership in a little over a week and my faith in the Landmark Ford service department is restored.

excellent, Nate got me right in, found the problem and corrected a few other future repairs while doing the job. Paul took me to the club while repairs where being made and home when the car need more time for repair. The courtesy rides make it a much less stressful to leave the car all day! Thank you!

Very good, I have worked with Jason Moats since I started buying the car from Landmark. He has done me well, even when it was a part that had been fixed buy another shop and done wrong.


Because of a previous experience that left much to be desired, Kyle followed up with me. He was very personable and genuine in his concern for my previous experience.
