Don't buy a mattress from Ikea. They told me how good it was and that I could return it if I don't like it, no problem - wrong. The quality sucks, it starts sagging within two weeks of sleeping on it, and some chemicals in it screws with my eyes. Try to return it, they won't give your money back, only store credit. They don't tell you that until after the purchase. Cheap prices, super cheap quality, even cheaper customer service.

Provided by Citysearch -The company motto of ""Affordable solutions for better living,"" pretty much sums it up for me. You do not need to be filthy-rich to have a comfortable and beautiful place to call home.
I had heard a multitude of terrible things about the Portland Ikea ever since it opened a few years ago...it had kept me far away, until recently. A friend of mine is a newly, single mom escaping from a bad relationship and I told her we would help her get all set up in her new apartment. We had a $1,500 budget. At the end of the day, we had gotten everything she had been lacking and still had money left over. I did not think that would be humanly possible. Assembly was...interesting, but certainly well-worth it!
Yes, sometimes you will feel like cattle being moved along in the ""one-way,"" winding layout...but it ends up being very efficient and be sure to check out the delicious dining upstairs.

Provided by Citysearch -Everything from my cutlery to my baby's crib is from IKEA! I love the simplicity and structure of scandinavian design. My 2 year old, Holly, love going for the meatballs!!!
