This company get it sheet metal from China cheaper then scrap value... all the people that do all the work there are temps from a company called begin right that get paid cheap......
Some should file a federal complaint against this company to be charged
tariffs.....times 3.

Worst customer service ever.

I gave specific detailed instructions for custom flashing. They got it wrong and would not correct their error, blamed me for everything.

When talking to the "manager" everything I said was twisted to suit his side of the argument. Obviously he has traveled this road before. By his own statement he claims to employ minimum wage employees who are paid to push a button and not to think. When I rebutted his comment with " you should hire people that can do the job and pay them a decent wage, he kicked me out of the store pointing to the "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone' sign hanging on the wall. Clearly they have pulled this dirty deed before.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. If I hear of someone thinking of going to them for any reason I will, in the strongest terms possible, suggests they do business with a reputable business instead.

These folks are crooks.

As a gutter contractor I had an account with this supplier since I began in 1993, back when they were in just a small shop at 28th N. E. Glisan. They had been my main supplier for a decade, but after they moved to the larger location on Argyle their service became very slow and went steadily down hill from there. Their staff would mess up about half of my orders. Any cost savings was not worth the many hours of lost time I suffered. Then they started to drastically over charge me for parts, and were unwilling to discuss those infractions.

Their management became very rude, and not only closed to constructive criticism, but they decided to close my long standing account over my criticisms. They clearly did not want my business, so I have not used them for several years now, and do not miss the nightmare of my interactions with them. I would not want my account reinstated.

I have dealt with dozens of other supplier over the last 2 decades who are polite, friendly, and much swifter with less than half the staff, and who have rarely messed up an order of mine. This has by far been my all time worst experience with a merchant, auto mechanics included.
