Very fast, freindly, and relia...

Very fast, freindly, and reliable. Not your average boring cab company. Great dispatchers and employees. Drivers dont take the long senic route to make an extra dollar.

I used this cab company last night to go from the airport to my home. 18 miles. My driver evidently could not speak English, or use his GPS, I had to enter my own address, did not offer me a receipt or a senior discount, nor did he know how to use the credit card reader, and I had to ask for my luggage from the trunk. The driver could not tell me that the advertisement showing in the car at the time I was in it was a coupon for $10.00 off your first ride was for another company! But he could tell me that I only left him 5 cents for a tip!

Also beware of how they charge you. If you get in the cab at the airport instead of costing $2.50 (like their web site says) it cost $5.00 just to start their engine at the airport then they say it cost $2.60 per mile! I don't care how you multiply $2.60 times the 18 miles I was driven plus oh ya the $5.00 to start the engine it does not add up to what I was charged.

The gal that answered the phone when I called to ask for a receipt this morning said she was the manager of something. She talked over me and didn't want to listen to me even when I asked her to. She also pointed out to me that I was confused about everything!

If I had a company that depended on customer service I think I would hire people that could handle complaints instead of blaming the person calling in the complaint. Anyway I will never use this cab company again and will tell everyone I know how bad this company is. If their people and charging equipment are defective how do they take care of their vehicles? I would give them a ZERO rating but that option is not available.

My family and I had the worst experience with this company, they were absolutely terrible! I would not recommend them and don't waste your money! When people spend thousands of dollars to schedule a vacation people expect to be treated well, with respect and loyalty. On our day of departure we scheduled a group van to pick us up at 3:30pm they didn't arrive until 4:30pm an hour late! We called several times and the guy who answered the phone kept lying for the driver finally he said that they also had other people to pick up. After arguing about how irresponsible they were they didn't charge us for the trip from aloha to PDX. On our way back from PDX the driver in deed was on time but with a mini van! We had 4 adults and 2 children under two years old, with 7 suitcases. We called the company again and this time a female answered and stated that they send a mini van because a large group van cost $100. Furious as I was I told her that I did not care for the cost I asked for a large group van, then she stated that they did not have a large group van and started arguing with me that they had dropped us off with the same vehicle the first time. I explained that we had a large group van with about 12 seats drop us off to the airport and she continued arguing back. So to make large story short my 2 month old and my two year old had to go into this mini van with NO car seats. They put my children at risk, luckily it was 1am and not that much traffic but our options for this time at night were limited. For future customers look else where and keep your family safe from this company.

Green cab is by far THE WORST CAB COMPANY I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with!!! If I could give this company a rating of 0 stars, I would. I cannot even begin to explain how incompetent and rude that this company is! I reserved a van for six people, several days in advance with their reservation specialist. There was nothing complex about the pick up: picking up six people from John's Landing, dropping off at a restaurant downtown, and then a return trip later in the day. I called to confirm the van the day before the pick-ups, and was told that the van for six people was confirmed for both the mid-morning and afternoon pick ups. After what happened next, I seriously don't know how Green Cab is even still in business! For the morning pick up, the van shows up-with the middle seats completely missing out of the middle of the van! Since the driver showed up right on time, and we were on a specific schedule, two of us ended up sitting on the floor-where the seats should have been-as we didn't have time to wait for the company to dispatch the correct vehicle with the right amount of seats. After we had arrived at our destination, the driver apologized profusely for the company's error, and assurred us that a van would be there at 4:15 pm, with enough seating for 6-LIKE WE HAS ALREADY ORDERED EARLIER IN THE WEEK! When it was time for our 4:15 p.m. pick up, we waited until 4:30 p.m., and NOBODY showed up. So, we called the company-the dispatcher proceeded to inform us that she didn't have any vans available for atleast 15-45 mins. I tried to keep my composure when I explained that we had had a confirmed reservation for 4:15 p.m. She made no apologies, nor did she even try to rectify the situation. She simply stated that they didn't have any vehicles in the area for another 30 minutes. So, not only did the company send the wrong car in the morning, but they completely no-showed in the afternoon, and were RUDE about it. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a cab company before, and I would NEVER EVER recommend Green Cab, nor will I ever use them again. Next time I will go with Broadway or Radio Cab.




I have used Green Shuttle numerous times and have the following suggestions:

1. call 24 hrs in advance to book

2. Ask for Green Shuttle NOT Green Cab

3. Give the zip code of the address you are going to, as this determines the rate.

If you don't do this, you will get Green Cab which is totally different. The Shuttle takes you from PDX to your destination for a flat rate for 1 passenger + $3 for each additional passenger, and there's no need to tip. This is a great deal, and I am willing to overlook the occasional language/communication issues, or rare instances of them getting "lost". If you are ever overcharged, I would suggest calling the manager- as this results in prompt resolution of the issue.



was 20 min.late picking me up ...

was 20 min.late picking me up because did not know where Clackamas Hampton Inn on82nd was. I needed to go to the OHSU for medical appt. wich is 20 min. away over the Sellwood bridge. The RIP OFF came when he took us by way of the Lloyd Center for an hour drive that ended up to be $55.00. Thank goodness we found a honest cab to return us the correct way at $31.00 Yes, I called when I got home after missing the appt. All she said was( Ill tell our manager) good bye.

I know I can rely on Green cab...

I know I can rely on Green cab & Green shuttle. They are always on time and I've never had any complaints about the driver. The employees here are so nice. Thanks to everyone!
