Completed disorganized! The workouts are great, but the customer service sucks. For their multiple locations, they have one phone number, and that phone number only goes to an answering machine that tells you to go to their website. When you ask questions from their website, you either don't get a response at all or get a roundabout response that doesn't provide any contact information or solution.

Secondly, their schedule has disappeared off of their website, and there is no way to know when the classes are. Since no one will answer the phone, I have no idea how I am supposed to know when the classes I paid for are happening.

Big waste of money. Go to BCOR.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced and completely unorganized staff. I purchased a living social deal and instead of responding to emails about questions on how to use my voucher, all my emails have gone unanswered as well as all my (and others) Facebook posts asking questions. Absolutely unprofessional to put a living social deal up and not follow on promises stated in the living social deal. I have already escalated to living social regarding my experience and my voucher. I would encourage anyone looking for a gym to try BCOR Fitness instead. Great outdoor/indoor bootcamps and engaged, enthusiastic, professional, and attentive staff.

Fulcrum is great...

different workouts all the time, and set up to make it as intense as you want - it's a class, but very individualized as well. All the trainers are great, there's no attitude whatsoever, and the gym attracts like minded folks.

Great Workout!

Fulcrum is a great place to work out or train. Trevor, David, John are really friendly and willing to help you out - not to mention give you a killer of a workout that leaves you sweaty and exhausted but energized and stronger. I had been going to a larger gym for a while and seen some results but after going here on a consistant basis I saw a huge difference really quickly. They really helped me shed some pounds and tone up. To sum it up -- its a pretty awesome place.

The Trainers at Fulcrum Rock my World

I love going into Fulcrum Fitness and never knowing what to expect other than a fabulous, sweaty workout, motivating trainers and being surrounded by new and old friends. I appreciate how the trainers gently push me to do my very best, offer advice and helpful adjustments so that I get the best workout possible. The energy and music make the time fly by and I leave feeling exhilarated. I participated in Hood to Coast this weekend; running a total of 17 miles over 3 legs. I had never run more than 6 miles in my life. I owe it to Trevor, David and Jesse at Fulcrum for helping me build my endurance and helping me reach my goals.

Best All Around Workout

I've been working out at my favored gym for years now and was looking for something new and a bit more challenging. So I did a free trial class at Fulcrum Fitness and loved it. It's more like a small group personal training team than the larger group classes I'm used to. The workouts are tough, but the trainer catered the exercises to my fitness level. If you're looking for a place with small group classes, one on one attention and knowledgable staff then you'll find it at Fulcrum Fitness.
