Great Place

I have shopped at The Dragon Herbarium for 20 years.I love it. The staff is good, friendly and know there stuff. I buy herbs, spices and oils from there.I even get Kratom from there. That's part of what keeps you going back. Small store with helpful people, very hard to find now days.
My question for the Kratom Ripoff..If it was bad? Why did you buy it again?
I get bad service or product..I would never go back..Why did you?

I purchased kratom from Dragon Herbarium on two occasions. The first time I did so, I was very new to using the product. After that first purchase, I bought kratom from a online vendor, and got some good advice about how best to use it for my specific needs. When my online product finished, and i awaited another shipment, I went to Dragon Herbarium(having a bit more experience with the product), and bought some of their Kratom to hold me over. That's when i realized how weak their product was. I was unhappy, and I contacted the owner by e-mail, but didn't get a response. When i contacted him by phone, he was rude to me, and claimed that no one had ever complained about the quality of his Kratom. I guess he couldn't believe that I was truly unhappy, or perhaps couldn't face the possibility that there was a better product out there. I asked for a refund for my second purchase, but i would have been happy just to get some sort of credit. It wasn't the little bit of money I was after, I only desired to be taken seriously as a customer, and to be treated with respect! After my phone conversation with the owner, he finally responded to my e-mail, and when i replied to his e-mail, he told me he wouldn't talk to me anymore, and that he was going to call ""attorneys"". I let it go; it just wasn't worth the negativity. So make sure that before you buy products from Dragon Herbarium, you check around online for (MUCH)BETTER PRICES and quality products. And if you do buy from this business and are unhappy with your product, don't count on being taken seriously or being offered anything in the way of credit.

knowledge is power

I love the Dragon Herbarium for herbs and essential oils!! They know their stuff too! So, if you go and aren't sure what to use for whatever is ailing you, these guys have the answers, and are extremly kind Too! It small and kinda cramped, yet cozy. And they don't hound you, they just let you look at what there, I dare you to ask whoever is behind the counter about anything, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
