My husband and I recently purchased a "Custom Fit AquaMat® Snap-in Carpet". We were very excited to receive it more quickly that expected. But terribly disappointed when it arrived with out any "SNAPS"!!! I believe it is pretty poor to falsely advertise as they have. We immediately inquired about our problem & were told that they only install the snaps when the carpet is going directly to a manufacturer, because they can not guarantee the snaps will fit correctly. Well, considering they do not state this anywhere, not did they bring it to our attention prior to purchase...we are still a little irritated. We were told to "OK" the template, which clearly marked the locations of the snaps & though we were good to go. The carpet is great, the backing is great, but the lack of snaps is quite disappointing. Probably the worst part of it all, Rebecca (sales rep) said this wasn't the first occasion they heard this complaint. Like I said before, you'd think they would make it apparent that you won't actually get SNAPS!
