      Ordered 3 Pendant Lamps. Two came without hanging mechanisms.

      I called 3 times and NO ONE returned my message. When I finally reached the office, she took my number, concern and NEVER called back. When I called a 5th time, she said they would not give me any credit or refund. The lamps would NOT hang the way they were made! TWO out of THREE were defective....I asked for some kind of compensation. Still have not heard back from them as of today!! Horrible treatment of a customer, yet my credit card did clear. They have their money!! They could care less about customer satisfaction. Site and products may look pretty on the page, but consumers BEWARE!!! I am still waiting on a call...I will tell every design studio I know NOT to trade with this company. Do not even deserve ONE STAR.

      Bella Home Fashions is the Nordstrom of home decor. I recently purchased two quilts and matching shams for our home in Sunriver. When I got home, I found that one sham had a flaw. Because I was headed over to Sunriver soon, they personally delivered a replacement sham TO MY HOME. Nordstrom customer service ... or possibly even better?? I'd recommend these folks to anyone looking to update their home decor.
