Beauty For The Beast Grooming

my experience is from some time ago when a groomer by the name of cheyenne was employeed there and before reviews on website became available. I feel compelled to write in order to protect other people and dogs from mh bad experience. My dog was promised at a specifed time. the dog was not done at the specifed time. I was told to come back 4 hours later. I agreed to if they would let the dog out for a potty break. I showed up 4 hours later the dog grooming was complete but the dog had not been let out for a potty break. 8 hours couped up in a box with no break, how cruel! when i complained to the owner he said tuff s--t. I will never go back there ( I have not been back there) and tell all my friends not to go there. they are very uncaring and cruel to the animals.
