Bluestone and Hockley maintenance department has a star Angela s Best of the Best came to my house twice second time she has to go under the house and fix a pipe she jump right on down there and got the job done without any complaints even fix my back porch light you go girl thank you for being a role model for all women
The office staff is friendly but only there to collect money. Maintenance is horrible. Been waiting on several work orders for almost a month and nothing being done. Used to be a decent place but not anymore. This long-term resident will not be renewing my lease.
Horrible company. We employ Bluestone and Hockley through our membership to an HOA. We have had to contact Pam Hill and Michael Guzzetti over a simple HOA issue. They were so rude and unprofessional, I am stunned. They were hateful, combative, and refused to communicate effectively. It has been ugly, and there was absolutely no need for that. We pay them, and we want out now. I tried to contact customer service with my concerns. Once thru receptionist twice through website, because if someone in my company were that rude to my customers, I'd want to know. Apparently they don't. No one will return my call. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do. These people treated me, their customer, with contempt, for no valid reason. Shamelessly. A disaster to deal with.
Very dishonest company that takes your money, increases rent and will not do repairs. House we rented for over 3 years was in horrible condition and needed so many repairs that ADI chose to not repair or took months to get repaired. They rented the home prior to us moving out and still charged us a lease break fee...again more money for them. We replaced the horrible carpet with our own money, $2400. When the walk throughs were done yearly and the final walk through, the ADI employees would comment that the home was so clean and well cared for. ADI would reply to our repair requests with comments you ask for too many repairs or take months to fix a flooded basement or rotten siding.
The entire process has been a nightmare with Lange & Associates. First of all there was a tremendous lack of response to phone calls. Then upon completion of my appraisal they completely left a bedroom out. Our heat sources were also stated incorrect we have baseboard heating as well as one wood stove and one pellet stove not mentioned. It was stated we have a gravel driveway, Incorrect we have 200' of asphalt not gravel. Also it was stated it is a 2 story home and our home is a 1 level ranch. Worst of all the comps given were not even in my zip code. To say the least I am very dissatisfied and am in the process of disputing this matter. I just wanted to let you all know so this does not happen to you.

I have found ADI to be a dishonest company who above all else tries to screw tenants out of money. They will do whatever they can to spend your deposit, inconvenience you to show their property to sublease and charge you to break lease while they have immediately re-rented the location. They assured me that I would not be charged to break the lease if they leased the location immediately but they feel the need to line their pockets. Look elsewhere.
The worst!! Had to move my 79 year old mother in law out due to huge RATS in her apartment. Norris and Stevens wouldn't do anything about it, kept her money for 20 days of rent and charged her $170 extra for painting due to smoking which she never did, was smoked in and never painted before she moved in and when you try and contact them they are unprofessional and will not even have a conversation with you.All she would say is you can't prove anything and you signed a contract!Never rent from these people they are CROOKS!!!!
I'm not happy with ur unit, we moved in on September3.an now it's almost January. Our heater had stop working. An we're useing space heater's to stay warm, now our electric bill is way high. Because nobody has yet fixed the heater, our dishwasher is full of water and mold. Some one need to address the owner about this. It's not good owner if they collect the rent but don't fix it the unit.
