Tri Met Lift has gone down 1000% in service. They say that you are not there at most of your addresses and deem you and no show. This past Month of October has been the worst month I have ever had on lift in 8 years. They act like you are never there yet they know nothing about any of the addresses you go to. Questions about where to wait they depend on an outdated screen from 2006 to guide them and most of the time they tell you "I do not know what to tell you about where to wait to get the bus."The drivers tell you to wait one place yet the dispatch and customer service tell you to wait other places. Today there were 3 tri met lift signs at the Beaverton Transit Center and said LIFT in big bold letters and I was told I was waiting in an area that was illegal for lift to go to and it was the wrong area. A bus driver sitting on a bench said that Lift is not allowed to ever come where they had it marked and when I was asking them on my cell what to do he yelled and screamed at me and said he was going to call the police on me and tell. I kept asking them over and over "Where do I wait here to get the bus?"All I got was "You are there and we are here". They said that I was the customer and that I should of known this months ago and I had never been there before. There were three lift signs there. This was the Lift Stop. At the Grotto I told customer service to put a note in the computer that I was going to be at the bookstore and they failed to put it in and said it was too much trouble. I am tired of them saying that I am not at all these addresses when I am. Come to find out they went to Gate 4 and not to Gate 2 where I was at the Grotto. A cab driver told me to have customer service put a note on one of my addresses that it was at the corner of 8th and Lincoln street in Hillsboro Oregon that it would help them find me and customer service would not do it. This month so far there have been 4 incidents where they have deemed me a customer as no show when I was there. Just like today I asked them "Where as a customer do I need to wait to have a bus pick me up". They kept saying over and over and over "You are there and we are not and that we are never going to be there and we just do not know and never will know". They kept telling me that the screen told them what to tell me and that they were waiting on the screen to tell me what to do. They have never been to any of these addresses in the Portland Metro area and depend on a screen to tell us what to do and the material is from 2006 and outdated and they tell me they know nothing and tell me I am stupid because I am disabled. I am angry and at the point I want to leave Portland for ever. Just because of my horrible car wreck in 2006 Lift thinks it is my falt and keeps no showing me on all these addresses. Yet the drivers do not know, dispatch does not now and Brodway Cab does not know where a customer needs to wait for a bus or cab unless it is on a outdated screen. And to top that off no one gives a damn at all if you get home or not. If you are not there after 30 seconds you are a no show yet they have no information for you where to wait. They do this too much to me and to their customers. I hope you rot in hell Tri Met lift for causing me horrible undue stress and treating me like it is my falt my knees are out. I hate your guts and will for ever and ever and ever. It is now 2017. There have been two Major problems with Lift Service. I tried to go and have my walker fixed today and kept calling every half hour to see where my bus was and all three times was told the bus was in the tunnel still on 26. I was told there was snow and ice on the ground. I waited 2 and a half hours and my bus was still not there on 2/08/207 when it is their rules why I have to have my walker fixed and repaired in the first place. Today my bus never showed up at all. I waited 2 and a half hours and kept being told the bus was in the same place as before when I last called. Lift sucks!!!!!
Rude, lost our order, didn't complete our order as we asked. Never going back. Unorganized business.
This taxi company was contracted to take my son to school every morning. They were almost always late. On multiple occasions (in the 1 month period we used their service) I was forced to take my son into school myself because the taxi never came. One day a car with no logo that looked like it came out of a police action having seen better days tried to pick my kid up. Really SAFE? You're going to send an unmarked car with a stranger driver to pick up my 8 year old kid without giving any notice? Today the came and rang my doorbell 2hrs early. It was a late start day and I wasn't expecting them until 9:25am. I thought I must have the day wrong if they were here already and I sent my son to school. Well, it WAS a late start day. They dropped my kid off at a school that wasn't even opened yet. My 8 year old son. They left him at a school 2 hours before it opened! Do not trust SAFE. They are anything but.
Best in the Business... check them out, you wont be sorry

It is wild to me what just an hour with a seasoned coach can do for you! Sherry Jordan listened intently to the current questions and challenges I am facing as the owner of a massage therapy practice. Over the course of an hour she was able to help me clarify my short-term and long-term vision for my business. While I appreciate coaching that has a spiritual bent and encourages "manifesting", etc., sometimes you just need practical advice! I deeply appreciated Sherry's willingness to act as consultant. I left our meeting with concrete changes I could implement that day, as well as long term goals and changes to make over time. Very empowering! Sherry's warmth and practicality were so refreshing and helpful! Thank you!
I finally had a chance to meet with Sherry Jordan of Northwest Coaching Group, after having heard her speak at an industry meeting a few months ago. Sherry's office is located in SW Portland and she works with business owners to create business plan to propel a business to the next level. The day I met with Sherry, I was feeling anxious regarding a few up coming decisions I needed to make. So, our meeting started out with me explaining about my business, how I started and then we went into the issues I was dealing with. Sherry did not waste any time getting me to open up and asking questions like “what is the one thing you need right now?” My answer was, “more time.” Sherry asked a few more questions and in my answers came the direction I needed to take to get more time. From there, Sherry helped me set some black and white rules for myself, just a few but rules that are going to make a huge difference in my profit. Increasing my profit margin means adding on another staff member which would help with my time issue. It was wonderful to have someone understand where I was coming from and give me very real, tangible advice and direction. When I left, I had 4 things that once implemented, I would have more time. If you are like me and get caught up in the many hats you wear as a business owner, it's good to have someone who can reign you in and help you to focus on the next step. Sherry was that for me. At the following staff meeting I had with my team, I discussed what I had learned in my first meeting with Sherry and we discussed how we would implement it as a business. I can see that continuing down this path is a way to make small changes add up to large shifts.
What clarity Northwest Coaching Group brought into my business. Before I had ever sat down with Sherry Jordan one on one, I had attended one of her workshops. She was teaching about the nuts and bolts of strategic partnerships and how they contribute to a business growth plan. It was amazing how relatable and insightful Sherry was. I walked away feeling as though I had something real and concrete I could take back to my business and apply today. Also, I felt that I had the steps to put into the practice the concepts she discussed. I had to meet with her again and get specific to my business. As we started discussing my specific business, my specific challenges, Sherry Jordan provided me the answers and plan to execute. The depth of her experience in business operations and coaching is vast. She had a solution for everything! With the small tweaks, suggestions, and innovations Sherry has coached me onto a more successful plan to achieve my goals. Northwest Coaching Group is definitely a solid rock in the mix of consultants out there. I have used Sherry Jordan before through the company I work for and was happy. Lately I had been really feeling a bit stagnant with my career trajectory so I met with her again. What a different a couple hours with Sherry made. When she says she is a business coach & career counselor boy does she mean it. Her kind of knowledge only comes with experience of successfully helping many folks find the right career path. It really shows. She was really able to help me clarify how to look for opportunities inside my organization and prepare for them. She helped me to identify the skills I needed to develop and to offer me resources to assist in that development. As well as help me draw a clear picture my long term goal and really design the steps along the way to get to where I want to go. Whether you are a successful business wanting to take it to the next level, or a professional wanting to evolve, Sherry has the ability to guide you to your goals.
remmen has a good variety of items, however, they could be more knowledgeable about the items. sometimes things are misrepresented, not purposely, but due to lack of knowledge. they have good, helpful and friendly staff. auctions are a lot of fun. need to really look over items prior to bidding and not overbid. I always have a great time and buy quite a few items. have referred many people to their auctions.
