So awesome , a high 5 and a hot dang , just as I remembered these professionals from a Christmas ago when I sold my Suzuki GZ 250 to them for some xmas money . Just today I walked into their man and women cave ,( a little more on that in a minute) and by golly Eric found a rear brake stay for a 1982 Yamaha YZ 250 that my friend needed for his Tillamook burn ripper. The price was 3 times cheaper than other online sites that I sourced and Eric gave me 2 choices ta boot . Then I have another project needing an aluminum swingarm instead of the flexible steel original and Mr. Eric located an arm from a newer mx'er at my request, meeting my measurments and I asked how much and golly it is priced way better than an aftermarket one. Granted I will need to weld shock mounts , but $$ wise , still way ahead. Now back to the awesome prize of the year , ROXANNE in the seat recovering department and redoing the inside of older helmets and maybe even newer ones also. I was completely in awe of the talent and pride that Roxanne showed me in the 30 minutes that I spent picking her brain about how and what she creates in her shop. I have seldom ran across a more together business person who is as BEAUTIFUL AS SHE IS TO LOOK AT , and her work is FIRST CLASS 100 POINT QUALITY . She will schedule your needs and produce it in a couple of days , not months like most other artisians . Believe me in my 63 years and hundreds of contacts in business that I have ran across that these two awesome individuals you MUST give Eric and Roxanne your business. With an imagination of what will fit your needs of motorcycle restoration or special custom build see ERIC and to recover your seat on your bike and or the seats in a car or boat or plane, do yourself a favor and go see ROXANNE and her works of art. GOD DID REAL GOOD THAT DAY HE CREATED HER AND HER TALENTS !! All I can say is WOW !!!!! Craig Farnsworth , way impressed !!!!!

Thank you so much for providing me with the service I deserved as a client. I have been a regular visitor in this shop and they never fail to impress.

On 10-25-14 I bought a Yamaha Raptor 660 ATV from Mike Landry (owner) of Road Hawk Cycle. The bill of sale lists Road Hawk Cycle as owner. I paid $2100, and Mr. Landry said the ATV was in good shape; nothing wrong with it that he knew of. Part of the deal also included him later to give me (as he didn't have them at his place of business where the ATV was purchased) 2 sand tires on rims, and a protective skid plate (total value of about $300 as used parts). He mentioned he also just changed the oil and bought a new battery for it (and he gave me the receipt for the new battery). After buying it I noticed he had very poor reviews on Yelp (and a D- with the BBB), for shoddy work and not giving customers what they purchased. After trying for a few weeks to arrange to pick up the tires and skid plate, Landry finally told me it would be impossible because someone stole them (supposedly, my loss). (Since he's in the surplus business, he can re-sale these for profit, if he even had them as he claimed.) Given his reviews, I wasn't surprised. What I thought was a good deal now looked pretty bad.Since Landry has such bad reviews, I had a pro mechanic check out the ATV. The exam showed $1,899 repairs are needed, as a partial exam because they couldn't even get the ATV to idle. (When I purchased the ATV, I did test ride it about 200 ft., as Landry seemed to show frustration over the need for a road test and there wasn't much land to test ride it). The pro mechanic examiner said that after some repairs are made, additional checks could be made, such as a test ride. This deal went from "bad" to "horrible."Some of the major problems:-- Matt bought a new battery, but it is the wrong type. Battery needs correct replacement-- The radiator has rust in it, and there was no reservoir cap. It looks like a 4 inch hole was self-repaired and probably incorrectly repaired. The radiator needs to be replaced.-- The swing-arm is damaged and needs replacement (bearings, bush, shaft, etc)-- Clutch repairs (plates, springs, and gaskets)-- Rear brake (bent rotor, cable, hose, disk, pad, etc.)-- Dirty oilHe said "You can trust me because my business reputation rides on it." Little did I know his business reputation was already shot.
I thought it was very helpful the people are really nice and I'll go back to him again in the future
Both shops are super helpful and know a lot about motor scooters. I bought my first scooter from Columbia Scooters ten years ago and love it! I go in often and service my scooter with Vespa Hillsboro. Great shop!
Fantastic!! I went to a motorcycle store closer to my home and they sucked in customer service. As a newbie to the biker world, I know nothing....Jenn at Latus was VERY helpful and knowledgeable...I'd go the extra mile to Latus anyday for that kind of attention!!! Thanks for instilling confidence in me...I'll be back!!!
I've purchased all my bikes from this place because when I bought my first, I realized that this was the beginning of a wonderful relationship. The service department is top notch. The parts guys and clothing girls are always friendly and helpful. The coffee is always warm!
