I had the exact same situation as the first reviewer here. Called and emailed more times that I can even remember. Never answered or followed up. Unbelievably poor service.
Haitham was professional, responsive, and handled out accounting with full responsibility and took care of details accurately. Highly recommended!Michael Ross
I have been using Kershaw & Assoc. for about 9-10 years and can't say enough good things! They are so good at what they do and it gives me a feeling of confidence working with them. I have recommended several folks to them and they are now also very happy clients!
We have used the services of Kershaw & Associates Inc for over 10 years and greatly appreciate their knowledge, skill and excellent customer service they are always available and willing to answer our questions and give advise all year long.
I have been working with Jane, Alan and their staff for over twenty five years. They have worked with us on personal, business and estate taxes. They are a group of professionals that really do care about the success of your business and pay close attention to the details. I would and have recommended them to many other business owners, friends and family. Thanks for all you have done for us.
Jane, Alan, and the entire staff have been taking care of my needs for 12 years. They always do a great job, are very detail oriented, and they give me suggestions and advice along the way so I can do better for yourself. My sister told me about them and she heard about them from someone else. Since then, I have recommended them to several people and even had them take care of my Mom when we moved her to the Pacific Northwest in 2008. Preparing her estate taxes was a real challenge. Both Alan and Jane worked very hard to get everything ready for filing on time.I love these people and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Thorough, high quality service with expert advice.
In October of 2006, I had an initial consultation on my IRS tax audit at this office. Fortunately or unfortunately, the service was not needed after the initial consultation because my IRS audit was closed without needing any service from him. I was disappointed that I was billed a fee of $550 for no substantial service performed on his part and something that was not disclosed clearly at the time.I called his office to speak to him once but during the call Gary said he had to hang up to take a long distance call and that he will give me a call back but I never received a return call from him and I followed up with a letter to request the invoice discharged. However, I didn't receive any return call from him and I continued to receive a new bill every month with new finance charge added to the bill. We ended up going to a small claims court to dispute this. He wanted a full payment on an invoice totaling over a thousand dollars (with the late fees and interests he imposed on the no service bill) at the mediation. I ended up agreeing to write him a check for $250 at the mediation. At hind sight, I should just go into the court with him and dispute this in front of the judge.Stay away from this office or make sure you get a price disclosure in writing before consulting him to avoid being ripped off.
It is so nice to finally have someone that does more than "just the basics". Their customer service is so great! They take care of your clients, address the needs and make sure that you come out looking like a rose. They are also really good at the collection of delinquent accounts that you might have. It is a great way to eliminate "extra" expenses and keep your office running efficiently. I just want to thank Samantha for her great work!!
