I would venture to say this place is an outright scam! They charge a VERY high "security fee" that turns into a deposit after a year (likely illegal, a deposit cannot be a fee). If you leave for any reason in that year, they pocket the fee. Then they hold the right to kick you out for any or no reason at any time. So they kicked me out at 9 months or so, and they kept my fee. Would not tell me why (which is also illegal, despite what it says in the lease agreement). On top of that they charged EXORBITANT amounts for cleaning, which they did not use the "security fee" at all, they charged it ON TOP of the fee. I came back during the last bit of my last month to finish cleaning and turn in the key, and they had changed the locks on me, despite the fact I had paid in full for that month (and was still well within the time period for leaving required by law). They illegally refused me entrance to my own apartment. And then charged me for the key and changed lock. The apartment manager was incredibly rude the entire time. She would often call at 2am whenever she heard a noise, thinking it was me. I rarely had people over (maybe 3-4 times my entire time there, and they never stayed very late), yet she would constantly berate me for "hearing people over there". I would be sitting in my apartment in silence reading something online and she would call at 2 in the morning... literally no noise from my apartment.DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! Or any properties owned by DEA Investments.
Management cares more about money then actual residents. No ONE (nurses, workers, or management ) knows what they're doing. This places is screaming LAWSUIT. Think twice before admitting your family/friend here.
I would not recommend this apartment complex to a friend. People who live there are quick to stereo type you. Not very welcoming to new tenants.
The address is wrong its 4300 se 122nd ave portland, or 97236.
Rented with this company twice in the last 4 years and each experience was great. Got my deposit back each time, maintenance requests responded to quickly, friendly & responsive staff, adorable buildings, decent neighbors/tenants. I would rent there again.
Not even worth putting a review in for them. What is happening to "nursing homes?" Most are awful, they only care about money, money, money.
Not enough staff for the residents who live there. They hire very young people who only want a paycheck. They do not take residents out. I saw it twice and mostly men. Their turnover in employees is atrocious new people every week because they are to stressed out by the over work they do. I might feed the food to my dog. No compassion that I saw when my loved one was there. I heard nothing but complaining from the staff how over worked they were, that they would get yelled at if paperwork wasn't done, but they had so many people they couldn't keep up with it.
