Good service, nice people. Any questions I'd had while living there in PDX, they had ready answers for me. Even with their manager knowing (I'd told him) that I was then currently homeless, he treated me with courteousness and respect. He never treated me differently than he would have with anybody else.
This bank only has one bank teller working at all times! So the wait time is extremely long at times. They have other employees working there. But none of them will open up a second bank teller window when the line gets long!
That the man named Matt that answered the phone was very rude and demeaning to me. It is hard enough to do business as a middle aged woman without being talked down to in a rude manner. I will never do business here and would certainly not recommend it to anyone else!
