too few employees to help the large amount of customers. Lack of knowledge about Apple products and cost is astonishing. Example of this is when I asked an Apple employee about a function the Iphone did, the called it a flaw, I asked an At&t employee the same question and he gave the correct answer. To top it off Apple employee gave the impression that we the customers were wasting their time.

The staff are super friendly and well-informed. They showed me how to do a repair myself and even walked me through the process. I tried and failed but it was a good learning experience. In the end, they did the repairs for a great price and the work was top-notch. Great experience and couldn't recommend these guys any higher.
These two charming young gentlemen are surprisingly smart. They are widely-versed in electronics and 'The Industry'. Everything I ask, they knew the answer/s in depth. Plus, they're honest and modestly priced !!This is sadly rare these days. So, for talented-pointy-headed geek help, in the BEST sense, go visit them. You'll rarely find the depth of knowledge they openly share. Plus, your device will be properly repaired. sarah
They replaced a ton of parts in my Macbook Pro for a reasonable price. Battery, Trackpad, Hard-Drive (Upgraded to SSD and it was a great decision; it's so much faster now). I also had them replace the battery on my iPhone 5 and it's working great. I'm a photographer and they are going to be helping me organize my Lightroom Catalog so that it can be safely backed up too! Can't say enough good things about these guys :D

Awful! Would never use again. Walks into my home commenting on neighborhood and that this is the hottest zip code in the country. My quote for dryer repair was outrageous. When I commented he said the price varies by zip code but he had some lee way and would reduse fee by $20!! What!?!
Sharper services recently attempted to make repairs to my washing machine They were extremely unprofessional and rude. They scratched my new appliance and stained my carpet. They did not repair it correctly and left the old parts. The mechanic purposely did not repair the washer in order to make multiple appointments.I have emailed management 3 times to have the old parts removed from my property with no response. I would never use this company but my washer is under warranty for Electrolux and they use them for repair work. Look these guys hire rookie mechanics period. All good mechanics work for bigger companies like Intel, Nike and Genentech. So you take a risk letting someone from this company into your house! Scary and creepy!
Horrible service,if there was a -10 rating i would give them that. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!! Got them from their online website i called for a refrigerator repair. The service man got to my house 9/17/15. I had told them my issue was that the freezer worked but the refrigerator did not get cold. When you go online it tells you that is probably an evaporator motor to run the fan.. The repairman Luis (Redmond WA serviceman) took apart my refrigerator discovered it was the fan however, he did not have one it would have to be ordered which would take 2 days to get here from Portland. He left the refrigerator taken apart ordered a new motor and said he would be back early Monday morning to complete the repairs after the part was delivered. He promised that the office would keep me informed as to the delivery of the part either Friday or Saturday...Monday (9/21)morning came and there was no call, i called them and they said unfortunately, their service person was not available until at least Thursday the 24th. I explained that i had already lost one day of work on the 17th and could not lose another day waiting for luis to come back. The first appointment they had was 9/30/15. I was told there was nothing they could do. I then told them i could not wait for a refrigerator I asked them to credit my account for the amount they had charged me on Thursday the 17th and i would get someone to complete the job. I was told they did not have authority to do that, i would just have to wait until the 30th. Today, the 22nd i called another repair person who keeps a universal motor on his truck, he came and repaired my refrigerator and was gone in about 3 hours after my call. Horrible

I called Sharper Service Solutions when my washer broke and was flooding my house. They fixed the problem within 15 minutes! They were very polite and clean. I would definitely recommend them!
