About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I would not recommend Robin for your investing.

My wife and I just got divorced. I found out from my ex-wife (during the divorce) that Robin told her the type of IRA she has would not have to be shared with me in the divorce. This is factually incorrect. Robin should stick to financial council not legal council. Once the divorce has gone through we start splitting up the IRA as Oregon law states. I received a call from Robin's office telling me they're talking to my ex on the 5th and they'll call me on the 6th. I got no phone call so I called Robin's office. Megan tells me they need to find out from my ex how she wants the money pulled out of the stocks. Two weeks passes. No phone call. I contact my ex to find out she signed the paperwork 1-2 weeks ago for the transfer. So I call Robin's office. I try explaining I'm annoyed because no one called me but Megan continues to cut me off. Angering me further. She tells me I'll have to talk to Robin but she's out of the office the entire week (I believe it was Tuesday). I refused to have to wait to talk to Robin. Megan tells me she'll call the home office to see if the funds are available. She does a good job and calls me right back and tells me the funds are in fact available all I have to do is come in to sign the paperwork. I just wanted to make sure my money was secure. It took me a few days to make it to their office because I work late but when I arrived Megan tries to get me to sign a form accepting stocks from my ex's accounts. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! It's like Robin is doing everything she can to not have to sell stocks so I can invest where I want to. It was very clear I wanted cash in my account but they're trying to give me my ex's stock so when I go to sell I might lose money on them. I feel Robin has been very one sided the whole time and not being available to help. If you want an investor you can't easily meet with and has a security guard taking all her calls, is very one sided and likes to delay, Robin is your girl. Josh Hopwood

I have been a long-time customer, I have never had a problem with any of their front desk staff, however when it comes to the people on the back and the managers in the branch manager it's a whole different story. They are extremely rude and disrespectful they're making bank off of all of their clients and no one deserves to be treated so horribly. I am going through a divorce and needing to be late on my payments because I am waiting to get paid myself, and I am continuing to call to be in communication to make sure they understand that they are getting paid they're just getting paid on a different date and I have understood that I am incurring late fees and that is fine because I'm still continuing to PAY them. I have still called to continue the communication. I will be no longer, they are extremely rude disrespectful. I would not recommend them to anyone and gravely disappointed in the dealerships that have decided to work with them. I would rate them a zero or even negative if that were an option.

Skilled sales reps make the transaction go perfectly. Advantage Property Investments completed the sale of my timeshare quickly and with no issues at all. I love that I could call there office with any question, and their reps would take the time to find me the answer. They have a greatly skilled staff and the owner is great to work with.

I was impressed with the ease of how everything went so well. I felt like I had known Debbie for years. She was very cordial & super helpful. I also spoke with Alan & he helped me as well. Could not have asked for anything better.

Under no circumstances should you rent from these people. Basic habitabilaty standards are not met. They'll keep your deposit even if there was no damage to the unit. Absolutely horrible

I had a car loan through them several year ago. I was young and naïve and didn't know much about buying a car on credit. So when the dealer told me who was underwriting the loan and the terms I didn't know any better. I lost my job a couple months later and called the company to let them know and to find out what I could do. They said they would work with me because I had a clause in my contract to cover loss or medical issues and they would defer my payments for a couple months. I signed the deferment paperwork (or so I thought). I contacted the company when the "period" was over to tell them I still could not afford the payments and that I wanted to surrender the car. That night they had a repo many show up and take the car. He damaged so much property in the RV park I lived in threated to SUE Reliable and the repo man. I was turning the car over to the company the next morning and had already had it arranged so why send a repo man? At that they took my infant son's car seat which was the only one I had at the time so I didn't even have a chance to transport him so I could get the remaining items from the car. When I did get there so much of my personal stuff was missing including my son's car sear and diaper day.(That is the repo company not reliable) but with that being said a shady company works with other shady business. This is why when we bought a car a couple months and they said they were using this company we took out 3000 deposit and out trade in and walked away. This company needs to be careful of what they do and say. Especially when working consumers. There is also something in front of Washington state courts I read that will stop them from being allowed to underwrite anything for a Washington resident. Don't know if that is still going on but I agree with people RUN!

If you want your loan to fail, go here. I cannot believe this man is still in business. He caused great hardship for my family and 4 others. He does not speak English well, and therefore as a mortgage broker, he is unable to communicate with your lender. Just awful!

I was in a chapter 13 bk, and ...

I was in a chapter 13 bk, and my car broke down. Reliable Credit trusted me for an auto loan when nobody else would. I've since paid off the loan, and plan to go back to them in October for a better car. They helped me, so I'm loyal to them. Sure rates are high...what do you expect? If your car breaks down, it's not the lenders fault, so why would you stop making the payments you agreed to? Late payments are broken promises, that you made! Make your payments on time, or early, and keep the required insurance up to date, like responsible folks, and you won't have a problem ! Thanks Reliable, I'll be back!! Mike in Rockaway
