YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I've used Townhouse for boarding and grooming for 20+ years and have been very pleased and satisfied with Stacy and her crew. They have acted professionally and very caring with my pets. One of my current dogs is a rescue who has had issues dealing with people and he gets very excited when he goes in to be groomed or boarded. In the past, I have had aging dogs with medical problems which have been treated with care and passion. This facility and staff are great!
(CAUTION) I brought my Schnauzer Abigail to be groomed at Cheryl’s Canine Salon on 1/28/2016 and several hours later my healthy Schnauzer Abigail suddenly became sick and died only hours after leaving Cheryl's Salon. I would encourage all pet owners to consider requiring MSDS sheets on all supplies used in the care and grooming of your loved one. Cheryl accepted absolutely no responsibility when asked of products used on our Dog
I had my dog, Savannah, over to Hannah to have a removal of a very large, cancerous tumor, growing on one of her teats. The thing was the size of a golf ball and hung very low. She has had a few surgeries for similar surgeries at another vet service and she was left with some pretty rude scars. they were so obvious that sometimes I took to calling her, "Franken-pooch." It is only now that she has the tumor removed at Hannah that I see how much better the old ones could have been done. She healed so cleanly that it is hard to tell where the surgery had been, and it is only a month later. In addition, the old tumors had returned and, while she was under, the veterinarian went ahead and removed them too. It is a month later and those too have healed very smoothly. I am stunned by the difference ! I also have to talk about the service at Hannah. Never have I been informed so thoroughly to be prepped for what was going to be done. There were nurses and a receptionist that made me feel like family and not just one more source of revenue. I love this place ! Also, Savannah was treated and fussed over. She was so happy when she came out of the surgery a day later and, while she knows to take medication afterward, she refused it this time and one day after coming home she was out in the yard,, playing with her buddy as if nothing had happened. I can't recommend Hannah enough. They are in a class by themselves. By the way, I also had my dog, Moose, join and a nice tumor removal was done on him too.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The concept Is great, but making appointments is a nightmare. Almost every appointment I made they would forget to put it in the computer, so when I came in, they would say I never had an appointment. On days when they actually did put my appointment in correctly, I would end up waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes past my appointment just to be seen. I talked to two different managers and the Dr.s and nothing changed. I was told to use their drop off service and when I did that, it still took them 20 minutes past my drop off time to come get my dog from me. When my pets were finally seen, they spent very little time with me and my concerns were not addressed. I was even told at one point that I should put my dog down due to a behavior issue. I have since cancelled my membership and found my dog a trainer that has helped the behavior issue. Also you have to pay a fee sign your pet up and then you have to buy your pets back when you cancel. Horrible service all around!!!!
I took my goldendoodle in to have him groomed today and the nice lady (don't know her name) who took my information asked me how long I wanted his hair to be. I showed her with my fingers 2 inches--his hair was about 5 inches long all over when I brought him in. I also said that I'd like his face and tail to also be two inches long along with the rest of him. She said, "ok", and I left. This is the same request I've made each time I've brought him there for the past five years, so I was expecting the same thing I always get. When I got back to pick him up, another nice person, Jeremy, charged me $60, which is the price I've paid every other time before. Jeremy said that he had just been helping out today since the owners were out of town, and asked me to be sure to let them know if I had any questions or anything needed to be redone. When I got home, I noticed that my dog's hair is cut to 2 inches all over except for a large patch on his back which is still 5 inches long, and his tail is also still 5 inches long.I left a message on the machine for someone to call me back since Jeremy had specifically asked me to do so, and the owner called me back from right away. I tried to explain the problem, and he kept interrupting, saying that he already knew where this was going. (interesting--perhaps he's heard this same complaint before, and doesn't even need to hear it explained?) I tried to say that all I wanted was to bring my dog back in tomorrow to have that one patch cut as short as the rest of him, and right away the guy got very aggressive and obnoxious. He said it was ok as it was, since they'd gotten all of the thicker hair out (keep in mind that he hasn't actually seen my dog today--he's out of town). He said that what I had asked for was in fact a 'custom cut', and should have cost $300. He added that they have no clippers at all to cut a dog's hair as short as I had asked for (untrue-the entire rest of his body is the length I asked for). He said that I was an irresponsible dog owner because I hadn't done my research on this to know that what I had asked for was outrageous, and he said that he was amazed I could be so upset about just a tiny amount of money--$60. He even said that he questioned my psychological health, since all I cared about was money. He went on to say that it was people like me who drive him crazy, people who only care about the looks of their dogs and not about how a dog should properly be groomed by seasoned experts such as himself (except that my dog was groomed by Jeremy, the nice guy that was filling in for the day).I tried, amid all the interruptions, to say that if what I had asked for was really so outrageous, then they should have told me that when I went in, and I would have happily gone somewhere else. I also tried to explain that I have been asking for and receiving the same thing every 6 months for the past 5 years at Sellwood Grooming, and it's always been just fine. He never let me get that part out. I will be going in first thing tomorrow to get my money back. I have NEVER been treated this poorly by someone who's shop professes to have a Satisfaction Guarantee--especially since I've been a loyal customer of Sellwood Grooming for the past five years. Needless to say, that loyalty has now ended.
I brought my pet there for grooming I was greeted by an older gentleman that was very nice he went to the back to get the groomer for me to explain how I wanted my dog groomed this time and she was vey rude. She also smelled of alcohol. There was another older lady grooming she looked horrified at the was she was talking to me. This wasn't the first time she look like she was still drunk. I almost asked for my dog back when I noticed she handed her to the other lady. I pick-up my dog she was groomed better than she had been in the past. I think it's time that the owners think about getting rid of her. I won't leave my pet with her ever again, unless the other lady is there. P
