I have came to the tick tock several times and never have I ever waited so long for my food and the service Bend so sucky absolutely ridiculous we've been waiting for about an hour for our food
JUST FOR EVERYONE WHO COMES HERE UNDERSTANDS THAT THE TIPS YOU MIGHT WANT TO GIVE THE LADY AT THE CASH REGISTER DOES NOT GO TO THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY COOKS YOUR FOOD. YOU ARE ALREADY PAYING WAY TO MUCH FOR THIS PRODUCT. THE OWNERS TELL THE COOK STAFF THAT THEY CAN NOT AFFORD TO PAY A MANGER THE MANGEMENT WAGES THEREFOR ALL TIPS EANED GO ONLY TO LAURA. THEY ALSO WANT YOU TO WORK OFF THE CLOCK FOR FREE EVERYNIGHT AFTER YOU CLOSE AT 7;00 THEN YOU CLEAN FOR FREE. PLUS THEY ARE PAYING LESS THAN COOKS WAGES.
Sunday brunch is very reasonable and the food is quite good.
We ate their on Mother's Day, my daughter in laws choice. She had not eaten their in years. We were all so excited. We ordered their special Prime Rib, 1 rare, 3 medium rare. ALL the prime rib came out medium well to almost well!!!! They were thin and dry, very dry!!!! One member in our party could not eat it and the manager did come over and was cordial, making a deduction on their bill and giving a complimentary dessert. My son said the "garlic mashed potatoes" were instant, he could not eat them. What a huge disappointment on such a special day. Our excitement quickly diminished. We brought the leftovers home to feed to our dog. Maybe it was a bad day for the chef. The restaurant was not crowded at all, and I think I know why. Anyway, we will NOT be going there again and would recommend anyone else to find another steakhouse.
The RingSide is more than a fine dining establishment. It is a culinary institution. The quality of their beef and produce is unmatched. The waiting bar is cozy and inviting. The chef plates his foods in proper proportions.PS: Dont forget the ONION RINGS. (They are signature)
