Well let me start out by saying I will always refer and use this company when available. Its a great mom and pop company that also puts the customer first. I have a brand new dodge Durango and just the first few days I owned it I had a huge double rock chip. I was not the happiest person, but they just made my day brighter. Not only was the price better than any other company but there service was outstanding. I called around and they were available and showed up quick. Like I said the price was right in know its hard for everyone these days and they know it to. After the rock chip repair they helped me understand the follow on instructions and ensured that I had no issues. Made sure that if I had any questions I had to call them and they would make sure the chip does not worsen. By far the best service I have ever had. Its been a few weeks since the fix and it has not gotten any worse and doesn't even look like it was there...thanks dale you did a great job....

Well i feel bad for these folks i do,but i have taken all my rides to this very location and the guys there know me by site.I tend to go through cars quite a bit,selling and buying selling and buying you know. What i can tell you is that these guys have always been cool with me.They always let me pay less than the asking price and they have always done great work!! They are not above giving some one a deal and i like that. You pay waayy less here then you would at car toys for the same work, that's a fact! I do think that they could improve on the customer service side of it. They seem to wanna tend more to the big jobs and the big money,witch i understand, but not at the exspence of the person who just needs a little "professional" advice and clarity about they're car stereo situation witch they my just be trying to fix themselves.You know what I'm saying? All and all i think its probably the best place in town to go,and i'll go there again.
From the first phone call expressing interest in the Q60S which we were told would be pulled to the front and would be waiting for us when we arrived, which it was. To the Latte with several flavor options made for us. To the informative test drive. To the working with numbers that left us both satisfied in the end. To the amazing "Thank You" gift they gave us. To the detailed car they brought back to me at the end. To the sales man, Rusty Roberts, once again sitting in the car with me answering any questions I had and if he didn't have the answer he went right away to find it out. A big shout out to Beaverton Infinity on my recent service appointment for my G37. And especially my personal service advisor Aaron! They were awesome and far exceeded my idea of a dealer service department. Efficient, experienced and professional, I was out with a "loaner" vehicle [Q50!!] in a few minutes and was kept updated on the status of my repairs. If you want average parts, go to an average store. If you want the good stuff, Baxters has everything. From wiper blades, to superchargers and nitrous. I had a race car for ten years and would not think of going anywhere else for racing parts, or street car parts. If they do not have it in the store, they will have it in a few hours. Heat treated pushrods, no problem. Hard to find Moroso parts, they have it. I'm only writing because I saw one person bashing them, and they don't deserve a 1 star rating.

From my first contact with Beaverton Infiniti Sales (Mitch Steadman) to my first service experience (Amber Bockhahn) I have never been treated better or with more respect than here at Beaverton Infiniti. I can't imagine ever buying a car or having service done by anyone else going forward! No pressure, knowledgeable people and, most important to me, respect and coutesy to me and my wife.
I just leased a Lexus IS 250 from Lexus of Portland. Yazen and Steve took great care of me and there was never any pressure at any step of the way. I usually avoid dealers, but this experience was amazing and I have had the car for about a month now and absolutely love it. Buy the car and do it from Lexus of Portland, best car decision you will make.
Professional, efficient, cost effective (tells me what needs to be done, and if not necessary, lets me know so I can decide), respectful, friendly and reliable (above in no particular order). I have had nothing but great service each time they've worked on my Explorer. I trust them to be honest, which is an attribute I value highly!
Lee over at A1 Muffler did a great job, was in and out in little over an hour. Great Customer service. I looked around Vancouver & Portland for some time, for the right shop to put a good exhaust syetem on my 05 F150. Lee recommended the same system that he had on his rig, man did it sound good.
