Katie at the Boost Mobile store at 13690 Se McLoughlin Store went out of her way and beyond closing hours last week to reset my phone. It took us two hours due to needing to have my phone charged at 30% before we could begin the process. I really appreciate her putting in this overtime. Give her a pay increase for this diligence!
My problem is that without permission my roommate called and changed my metro account into her name without permission she new my password and now nobody can hell me so if it can't be remedied I will just let her ha VB e the acct which she can't pay for and go elsewhere.

CC definitely have extreme poor customer service. they sent me phone in an open box, when I notify them they offer to make an exchange and mark phone as damage, once they receive the phone back they charge me for the phone saying it was damage? we have had our phones rebooted several times, they services are awful and dishonest staff who are rude. except one employee name Todd who was very nice and professional. CC do not deserve a 1 star rating.
I regretfully shattered my iPhone 6 screen. This was the screen on my third iPhone 6 and needed a cheap remedy this time. Keven was great and did a stellar job!!
Everything was fine with them when I was spending alot of money in their store. Had an issue with my phone that I only had 2 days. At first they said they would let me exchange it with no out of pocket money. Called the store to make sure they had the phone in stock before driving the 100 Miles to the store. Steven answered gave me major attitude. Left me on hold for 10 minutes while he "checked" to see if they had the phone in stock. He said I had to pay the $50 which the day before I was told I would not. I asked to speak to the store manager, but Steven refused to let me. So basically this store screwed me and did not keep their word. Poor customer service if you have any issues. As long as you are spending and not exchanging they help you.
do not use any of their services. it may give you free sim cards. it will charge you huge amount of money once you excess its text, voice and data usage. I used less then 100 min, 100 text, and about 350 mb data. they charge me $60. it is ridiculous. if you sign up with consumer cellular, you will surely be sorry. and you better measure every min, txt & data you use. you better of not to use any and not sign up in the first place.
worst experience I'v e ever had. went in to purchase a new Iphone 6 plus. I explained that my 5s i purchased from same location 6 months ago wouldn't hold charge for more than 2 hours. she said that after the first update it was basically junk and that's the idea, forces ya to buy new. her words mind you. We have a 6 already on the way to replace my girls 4s, 4s died last night. to make a long story short if she is right they plan to sale junk. Phones still under warranty plus I pay for insurance, still treated like crap and no help what so ever. I'm just starting the list of complaints, this is not ok. funny part is I went in to spend 5-8 hundred. Oh well, avoid this store completely, her and the manager knew half as much about the products as my 13 year old and plan to sell junk knowing you'll be back for more. funny part is apple make stellar phones, these guys are jokers!
We've been customers of CC for 8 weeeks. The coverage has been great and the price right; however customer service has been terrible. My 7 week old Moto G phone died in the middle of the night while on the charger I purchased from CC when I bought the phone. No water or drop issues. We called CC on the 14th, were walked through the reboot processes several times, and after giving our new shipping address (and having it read back to us), we were told we'd have a replacement phone in 3-5 days. Five days came and went and on calling to find out where the phone was, were told it was sent to a previous address. It's now the 23rd, 9 days after the first call and a phone still hasn't been sent to the correct address. NOT HAPPY
Oscar is rude, I've been getting phones from this store for years, everyone else is polite. Oscar will try to talk you into bring back a phone and keep the one that you already. I'm still in my 14days of refund but yet he told me that the phone I want will be a down grade. What happen to making sure your customer is happy. I will make sure to never come in if he is working.
