The worst rip off car wash I have ever been to. Take your business elsewhere, there are MUCH better options.
My wife made an appointment with this company for 9am on 8/02/2013. I arrived with my step-daughter and her car to be dropped off at 9am. I arrived at their new location @ 1217 Congress St. only to find no one there. I contacted my wife and she attempted to contact this business to find out what the situation was. There were no replies to several attempts of reaching them by phone. After waiting for 40 minutes, we left. Upon returning home, my wife called me to let me know that she had left a very displeasing message on this companies answering system. And, that an employee of this company had called her back. He offered no apology, and no attempt to reconcile and recoup our business. He only called to let her know that they only do detailing at their Thompson Point location and that it was our fault for going to the wrong place. According to my wife,when she made this appointment. The person that she made this appointment with neglected to state that she needed to go to the Thompson Point location. Clear & Concise Communication is key in any business! Customer Service & Customer Satisfaction is your bloodline for keeping a business going. 1 Happy customer may tell only 1 other person. 1 Unhappy customer may tell 100 other people...or in this case. While they may do a good job on detailings, their standard car washes are mediocre at best. I took my husband's SUV in for the standard wash/vacuum last week, and there were still clumps of Cheerio crumbs where our son's car seat is usually installed, and it looked like the back area that is used by our dog was hardly touched with a vacuum. Then I took my car in later in the week, and they forgot to wash it altogether! I dropped it off at 2, was told they would need it for 1/2 hour, came back at 3:15 to find it in the same condition as I had left it. Moreover, they made me re-schedule my appointment because they were "too busy" with detailings to do it that afternoon. Based on my experience, they have serious workmanship and work flow problems...I won't be going back there.
Terrible service. Changed mobile detailing appointment the day before then showed up 1.5 hours late. Then charge an extra fee for cleaning, which is not disclosed to us and is not disclosed on website
