Tri-Town Portland Foods Iga

What is it with customer service these days? My husband went down to Tri-Town this past weekend and stood at the seafood counter for 20 mins before finally giving up. There were 2 people behind the counter both of whom looked up at him several times and never said a word. If they had perhaps said something like, "we wil be with you in minute sir", it might have helped. I have to tell you he lasted 10 mins longer than I would have. When my husband left the store he told the store manager why he was leaving and the store manager actually told him "they were busy with other things". So if I get this straight, you are a grocery store that makes money by selling products, if you don't sell products, you don't make any money and you're too busy to busy to wait on a customer who has money to spend on seafood? What a concept. Fortunately, Glastonbury has a Whole Foods where you can get exactly what you want plus they have great customer service and the prices are not all that much different. So...the next time we are in the mood for seafood, do you think we are going to make the drive down to Tri-Town in Portland? The answer to that question would be...NEVER again.
