We have done business with this company many times over the years. They have always completed all repairs and requests professionally with the highest quality. Technicians have always been courteous and personable and the services are competitively priced. I especially like their system of "parts runners." If they need a part for the repair, they don't leave the site, they merely "order" what they need and a Dan Wood employee delivers it, increasing the efficiency of the call.

We use Dan Wood Company for our plumbing, electric and HVAC. They are very professional to work with. Chris D did a great job with our furnace inspection!

They do the work well, but are EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. The $69.00 just for a estimate is over the top and does not apply to the actual repair bill. Also did not follow through on rebate check we were supposed to get from Consumers Energy after we spent $$$$ with them. That is poor customer service.

Quick to respond for a service call always. Got same day service. Was a pleasant experience from beginning to end with pleasant people, and the service man was very pleasant showing me the problem, answering my questions, and taking of my air conditioners too same day. Glad that happened cause it needed it badly!! 5 stars for Dan Wood Co.

they were fast to respond to my call on a holiday weekend and did the job quickly and were very neat about cleaning up after themselves. My many thanks to T.J. Collick and unfortunately I didn't get his helpers name.

When called out for service, this company charges $69 just to show up, then without doing anything charges $49 for labor even when nothing has been done. Apparently just looking at something is extremely labor intensive, and is no longer included in a service call! When discussing this with their management, they ask if you just want their services to be donated (extremely rude). And there you are with a bill over $100 and you have to call someone else to get the work done!
