Dennis E. Ottemiller, M.D. received his B.A. from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated in 1987 from the University of Alabama School of Medicine at Birmingham, Alabama. After an internship at Baptist Medical Centers, he was an emergency medicine physician at Cullman Medical Center in Alabama. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Combined Program in Ophthalmology. In 1992 he joined Bay Eye Clinic in North Bend, OR, where he practiced general ophthalmology until 2018.
