The Tire Choice

When my oil change was complete there was a lug nut missing. Also cap to washer fluid reservoir went missing The lug nut was replaced with another that happened to be in the garage. To replace the cap for the reservoir the complete reservoir must be replaced. The manager told me I was one of those conspiracy theorist. One of the guys told me the tech was a Rastferin and would never take anything. A hit here and a hit there adds up. It's crazy. If shi# were brains these dudes would have the market cornered. Come on,man !! You guys can't be serious. Thumbs DOWN.....

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. What an awful place! My only request for a new set of tires was that they were Michelins. Instead they put on a set of Omnis and tried to tell me they were owned by Michelin. Did the tires say 'Michelin' on the side...NO. If I come in there wanting just Michelins, why would you put a completely different brand on there? I had to take them back and pay for a completely new set of actual, genuine Michelins.

Wait, it gets better!

My mom had a nail in her tire so my dad took it back to these idiots because they were the only place open on Sunday. After putting on the spare, they inform my dad that the key for the locking lug nut is missing (we both have Volkswagens). Instead of saying, 'hey, we'll start looking for it, just wanted to keep you informed', they made my poor father go out in the rain to search the parking lot and their garage. Customers aren't even supposed to be in the garage! They refused to help him look for it and told him that they didn't lose it, it was my dad's fault. If they were able to put the spare on, how would it be my dad's fault? He was sitting in the waiting room the whole time!!

So as for now, there's still a spare on the Tiguan, the key for the locking lug nut is still MIA, I paid twice as much for my tires because they messed up to begin with, and the workers are still idiots that can't find their asses with both hands :)

These guys will not steer you wrong! I take all my cars there for all the repair work I need done. These guys are honest, fast, and very reasonable!! Tell em Jimmy sent ya.
