Overall
I have recently moved to Port ...

I have recently moved to Port Saint Lucie from NY where the choice of nail services are on every corner, so the competition is huge. I have been to many nail salons over the years and with very little exception I have found OP Nails to do an outstanding job. James is the owner I believe and he has done my nails several times now with complete perfection. The only thing the salon is missing are the small bells and whistles. They are very friendly but there is not much in the way of customer service or ambiance, all the little extras that those of us from NY are used too. I believe with minor tweaking this nail salon could be the best in the area. My suggestions would be sprucing up the cosmetic portion of the salon and doing some nice hand massages and or neck massages while the client’s nails are drying. Some nice background music would add to the atmosphere as well instead of the TV going all the time. The competition is brutal out there, and if these nail salons want to compete with the big boys, they must set themselves apart from the run of the mill. I have been in the customer service industry in one way or another all my life and know that in today’s competitive market the only way to survive is by being unique and offering your client and experience they cannot receive somewhere else. I hope you are listening OP Nails because your application is great and you are all very talented within your industry but talent alone just does not cut it any longer
