Won't ever do business with them again. After looking up my order ON THEIR SITE, and their site telling me that my laminate flooring was on the list of Chinese high Formaldehyde (the order had my email and address, so they could have notified customers but chose not to), went into the store to see if they'd work with me as far as a credit to replace the flooring. I wasn't looking for much but something since they sold this hazardous flooring to me, the sales guy just said no. I walked out and am going to get the wood look tile at another store.

Just left this store after speaking with Josh. This clerk was unable to answer basic questions regarding my flooring needs. Moreover, Josh could not satisfactorily answer my questions in regard to whether the flooring materials were manufactured in China. Store was clean, but very limited selection.
