Du-all was prompt. Very pleasant on the phone. Tech called me from my yard. Quoted me $800 to replace a filter and pump out the tank. I told him I thought it seemed high and asked if they could do it for $700. I had no idea what it costs so I agreed and they completed the job. He took my credit card over the phone. My neighbor had called her plumber not knowing I had Du-all coming out.. Well to my surprise the company my neighbor called quoted $250. When I saw the quote I called another company and asked them what it would cost to do exactly what Du-All's invoice said. The next quote I got was $275-$300. I called Du-All and asked for a manager to find out why I was ripped off. I never got a call back. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!

Du-All was prompt with our request to come out and pump out our septic. No high pressure sales, very down-to-earth and easy to work with.

Prices were reasonable. We will definately call them again if needed.

Called Du-All last night for an emergency with a blocked septic system. Du-All technician was at the house within an hour. Although they couldn't fix the problem at night they were back first this morning as promised. They explained clearly what needed to be done, and fixed the problem quickly. I'd use them again for sure (although I hope I won't have to!) You will not go wrong choosing this company.

I called Du-All sewer and drain to have my septic tank pumped out. This is an outstanding company that shows up on time. Not only do they keep their appointment time, but the office staff called me on the scheduled day to confirm the time frame. They also called me a half hour before the tank truck was going to be at my house. I'm very impressed with the customer service and the professional manner that Du-All and their technician Scott demonstrated.
