200 dollar Rip off. They told me their work is guaranteed, so 1 week later I noticed bubbles on my top back window (not near the defrosters), edges at the bottom lifting, and additionally there are small slices (probably from a razor blade). I was told all Mustangs do this, and there's nothing they can do.
Great job done on my car. They installed a new Pioneer stereo, Chrome running boards, and window visors. I liked my car before, now I LOVE it. Looks Fantastic! Thanks.
Posting for a friend since she wont post, She called and said she had one back window peeling, and the other had a bug inside of the tint. (which is maybe a year old max) and instead of honoring the lifetime warranty that we were told about was instead told it would be a $50.00 charge to redo their mistakes. Definetly someone who does not stand by their products and I will never use them again.
Just a response to the unhappy commenters. I would never turn away an unhappy customer. We honor all warranty and imperfections. Not worth your money, not even a penny. Horrible tinting job, it wrinkled after just a few weeks. First in the rear window and then all sides. When I went back they gave me all kinds of excuses and changed their story every time, I went there 3 times and they treated worse every time. Not to mention the rude owners, they do not know how to speak to their customers. They should not have a business. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Went to this tint place because my husband had the company trucks tinted here. I had my vehicle tinted which is simple 2013 VW TDI Jetta. Did a great job on the front and back windows but when it came to the rear window it had wrinkles (not bubbles) in a few areas. I was under the 7 days return policy but felt it was a burden to come back. It was obvious that it wasn't the best work in the rear window when I had received the car back. When I came back to have it redone they kept telling me every excuse why it didn't turn out right. They tried saying the windows has sand on them, well I'm not a tinter but I bet it calls for wiping them down before applying the tint. The car did not have sand on the windows maybe a little dog snot but no sand. I understand one in such circumstances has to point the finger that it wasn't the company it was yours. Really sounds like the best decision to gain new customer or a returning customer. Not that impressed with customer service. Get a new attitude to your customers please. They did fix it but only after it was made clear it was because you did something.
not impressed with followup, spoke with owner, he took my number stated he will have the installer call me back, never received a callback from either. left msg and still did not get a call back.if this is how business is conducted should i really trust the comments below. looks like staff members are writing the comments.as a business owner i would not do business with such poor followup.
Great communication, first rate customer service. Workwas done in neat and efficient manner. Had them install an iPod/ iPhone interface which required disconnecting the battery, disconnecting the radio andre entering the radio code.The technician did a perfect job. Highly recommend, thank you so much!
This place is ultra-professional - they know their business and do it well. I had a terrific experience start to finish! I was so impressed with the job on my car, I'm having them come out to give an estimate for the windows on our home to save energy costs.
