Tony sold me a Suzuki lemon for $4600. Refused to budge on the price when i tried to negotiate and insisted it was indeed a "good ride". The milege was very low and when i test drove it the only thing that seemed wrong was the speedometer was broken. I bought a new one and had his mechanics replace it for me only to discover the check engine light was on. The mechanics also informed me that this car had never been inspected before it was sold. I took a drive down the interstate the same week and the car starts jerking violently around 55 to 60 mph. Followed by a busted vavle something $300 to repair. I informed Good Rides and the mechanics that this was not a dependable vehicle. They did not respond to any of my complaints nor returned any of my calls for a year. 7 months ago the radiator blew. 2 days ago the motor blew up too! Professional mechanics cant explain why. I have maintained this car like it was my baby. Now i have tried to make contact with Tony again only to be told that he needs my car and a $700 down payment to help me. This must be some kind of joke!? I am a single mother with 2 children and i worked extremely hard to save the money to buy us this car after riding a bicycle for 3 years. I am beyond frustrated and extremely disappointed in my dealings with this place. Good Rides does not fit the standard for its name. Dont throw away your money like I did!
Guy goes n says truck was never in accident carfax had two recorded. First red flag. Guy try to jack price up a grand say he doesn't remember what he listed it as I clearly seen it on auto trader. Second red flag. Vehicle has check engine bad tires n possible bent frame. Buying something off these guys is scary be careful. Dude was a tweeker all fidgeting an twhichy. Lol
I had a great experience with uptown auto. Fast friendly service. I would recommend to anyone.
This dealership sold me a 12000 lemon. The very next day after purchasing my vehicle it began to jerk violently. I brung it back to goodrides to have it checked out they told me it was nothing. I called the finanance company and made them aware of the issues i was having. I brung it in again but to the compayt across from them. I was told it was the transmission. When i informed them of this my sales rep was irate and said the other company has nothing to do with them and they were wrong. If i took it to someone else again he would not help me. I had the same jerking issues with some slippage and brung it to goodrides for service for a year. The mechanic said it was my solenoid and transmission fluid was dirty. Took care of what he said was wrong andbthe problem persisted. Now my vehicle started making a banging noise on acceleration. Still i was told it was the transmission fluid. I finally brung my behicle to wallace where i was told the transmission valve body needed to be replaced for 1600.00. Goodrides knew the transmission was bad before they sold the vehicle. The mechanics let the situatiin worsen. I have sent all invoices of work done to my vehicle to the ftc. Goodrides needs to be held accountable for selling LEMONS. The safety inspection stickers are brought from a wholsale company with no truth to them. Goodrides and its staff needs to be held accountable.
GREAT STAFF.... ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS TO FIND THEM THE BEST DEAL. I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AND CHECK THEM OUT.
