My mother spent a week there so far and we've had nothing but a first class experience. The staff is knowledgeable and caring and are attentive to the patients needs. I would recommend this facility to anybody who needs their expertise.

Awful - rude and incompetent, everything you ask for is like u are putting them out to help. They are plain horrible
This is simply the best facility for a person that needs care or has memory loss. It is beautifully decorated, has family dining with freshly prepared gourmet meals, and is impeccably clean. With three to four CNA caregivers for seven residents, the care is outstanding under the direction of the administrator, Edith Martin. They use a "state of the art " steam laundry system to kill germs and even iron the residents clothes to make sure they always look their best. Every resident is bathed everyday, and they have a facility doctor that visits weekly and is on call to the facility. I never worry about Mom, an Alzheimer's patient, at Senior Paradise. With a 24 hour police security camera, this locked facility is perfect for her. Weekly outings for lunch at Olive Garden, gym memberships, bowling, and golf are offered in addition to the facility pool and their regular scheduled activities. They even have a facility dog for residents to cuddle. If you are considering a facility on the Treasure Coast, go to the AHCA web pages and check out the facilities yourself. This government site list complaints and inspection reports. In Florida, the government is only required to inspect facilities once every two years. You will find that Senior Paradise is simply "the best".
This facility is unacceptable in many ways including neglecting residents, broken furniture and very small portions of food. They advertise fresh fruit available daily, but rarely have any. The residents have nothing to do most of the time and resort to sitting in the dining area for hours. This is the cheapest ALF in the community for a reason!
Not the best facility by far..food is horrible tasting, wait time for assistance is in excess of 15 minutes, mostly 30 minutes. Rooms are old and unpleasant. Staffing is under qualified.. would not recommend to a friend..or foe
Wow, what a great place. Mom is ALWAYS busy doing something and socializing. She LOVES the daily trivia games. The staff is long-term and they act like a big family. I go to the website every month in anticipation of seeing the photos of Mom that the facility posts. I'm so far from her, it's great to see her having a good time. Being a smaller place, it's very personal and it is not the least bit clinical. I wish I had found out about them earlier for my Dad!
Life Care Center of Port St. Lucie is horrible. My loved one died while under their care. The incompetence and apathy exhibited by the staff is unbelievable and there are never any RNs or competent employees around. When you approach the nurses' station to ask them something, they give you the death ray and then are extrememly rude. The food is inedible.. most of the time, you never even know what you are eating. This place is a dump. There are much better facilities in the area. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor and go to another facility. This place shouldn't be in business.
as an entrepreneur, I have no time to take care of my mother. But thanks to Home Care I am not in that pressure anymore. Furthermore, the expertise of the nursing can be behold within the service and I am absolutely thankful of it. I do really recommend the service.
