ADR taxi cab

I called them 4 times and each time they were prompt, the driver was kind, the car was clean. I felt very safe and cared for by these people. Also he let me listen to what I wanted on the radio. Walked me to the door. Totally cool, hard working crew.

Arranged with ADR to pick up Chinese food for my mother in law who was in Beaufort Memorial and deliver it to the 5th floor nurses station. Paid by cc. It never arrived. ADR charged the card. When I found out I called ADR and spoke with the RUDE owner. I asked for his name and he stated MR ANONYMOUS. I ended the call. The rudest business experience I have had in a very long time. If you want RUDE then call ADR. If you want good service and courtesy then call anyone else.
