Geek Squad

Trying so hard to find something good about these guys! Cannot!! Apparently they are set up to try to sell new electronics rather than help. Made in home appointment after bad experience with taking another new desk top tower in only for cleaning, destroyed it and told me it was old. (one year old, single computer tech user) Could not even get here for over a week. Called to confirm and convinced me the tech scheduled knows little/nothing about software, hardware or electronics, so cancelled appt. My only question was why am I getting virus when I own their antivirus software. Was able to fix problem myself but looking for information on this particular software he was unable or unwilling to discuss with any more knowledge/experience than I already have and less than instructions. He was even unfamiliar with the pamphlet they give when you purchase the software.

Tried multiple times to call and no one picks up no voice mail options
