Do NOT even go in the door of this business! Beyond the fact they switched tires, battery, and who knows what else on the car I purchased, they had me sign the pink copy so I could not read that the price they told me I was paying was thousands of dollars MORE than our agreement. Now 3 years later they sold my private unlisted phone number to other businesses along with my information. When I went back to the dealership after stopping payment the day after purchase to discuss the different numbers and my loan amount, the manager escorted me off his property after threatening to call the police until I wrote another check.
PRICE BUSTERS GETS AN "F" RATING FROM THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS BUSINESS. THE ADS THEY RUN ON THE CONDITION OF THEIR CARS ARE UNTRUTHFUL AND THE SALES PEOPLE AND STAFF ARE DISHONEST. We bought a car July of 2013 that was advertised with many (you assume working) features as well as ice cold AC. It turns out the AC isn't even functioning due to a large hole in the evaporator core in addition to 2 bad struts, 2 badly cupped tires, a leaking engine gasket valve, non-working washer fluid pump, non-working back hatch release and radio. In addition, a rear tail light was broken and not reported or shown to us in any pictures. To repair everything will cost more than $2000. We bought this car long distance relying on an independent inspection from the Pt. Richey Ford Dealership. Unfortunately they charged us for a pre-purchase inspection but no one actually looked at the car so we made a terrible mistake in buying from Matt Mole (salesperson) and Timmy (the manager) at Price Busters. Guess what? Price Busters promised to "make it right" to us but won't return any calls now. We are in the process of filing complaints for fraudulent advertising and misrepresentation of goods and services with the local police, BBB, Attorney General of FL and are considering hiring a lawyer if needed. Learn from our costly mistake and DON'T BUY FROM THESE CON ARTISTS!

Poor magament Harassment would not take ownership of mistakes had to bring car back twice in a week and accusations twards my Girl and mom of multiple situations this place should be shut down and the manager Tom have his ass kicked for the he talks to women. Real piece of work...

I bought a truck there awhile back, they played every trick on me known to man interest dealers fees and they lied about the price until I gave them the down payment then when they started to print the contract everything that dealer told me about the price was a LIE these people are felony criminals who deal these cars at price busters auto sales they are not honest its a shame and a pity that places like this are still in business, DO NOT GIVE THEM NO MONEY UNTIL THE CONTRACT IS IN YOUR HAND AND READ they sell cars and try to reposes for no reason LIKE I SAID CRIMINALS PUPLIC RUN AWAY TO A REPUTABLE AUTO DEALER,,
I was looking to buy a new car but wasn't sure where to start. I am test driving different cars to see which one best fits my needs. I decided to try Ford of Port Richey because I hear such great things about them from many people. The salesman, Domingo, was very kind and showed compassion towards my needs. I wanted to test drive a 2014 Ford Fusion but wasn't able to make it to their lot that particular day so Domingo actually made the time to drive the car to my house so that I could test drive it. I have never had such great service! Ford of Port Richey is lucky to have a salesman like Domingo!
I've visited numerous car dealerships around the area, but I have to say Ford of Port Richey is by far the best. Not in just sales and service, but overall. The staff is very friendly and always help me with all of my needs. I went last week to get my oil changed and it was free, just as they promised. As soon as I pulled up to the service drive, my salesman, Domingo, greeted me as soon as he saw me to make sure my new car was what I had expected and if there was anything else he could do to satisfy my needs. When I went to pick up my car, they also gave me a free car wash which definitely made my day!! Ford of Port Richey always puts a smile on my face. Definitely the way car buying should be!
Ed Morse Mazda.. Hands down THE WORST DEALERSHIP I have ever had to experience. I bought a truck CASH $21,500 from them. Waited & waited 2 months for my sticker to arrive in the mail so I could use my tag on the truck. I call & they inform me that I still owe them $21 , 2 months AFTER the fact. We agreed upon a deal in Jan when I handed cash over that I would walk out the door $21,500. All smiles on their end. The truck had to be taken back to them the day after b/c the air didnt work, they did fix this problem. To be told all was great & 2 months later be told you still owe, its a very shady move. I will be sure everyone I come into contact with knows Ed Morse Mazda is shady. Im in the Army & work hard for every dime. You all really screwed me over and then had the nerve to tell my wife she was "overreacting" when she called 2 months AFTER you were suppose to send my sticker for my tag renewal. Rude, disrespectful, & shady. I will spread the word...
